What seemed as a simple fix (replacing a top shingle that blew off from a recent rain with strong winds) turned into a complete roof replacement. Mike took his time to explain what he and his team discovered wrong and the appropriate steps that should be taken to ensure that the work to replace the roof is up to building code. He was very genuine, empathized with us and tried to work with us to see if he could keep the costs fair. The whole experience was great; Mike and his employees are very nice, efficient, and fast. We are out $4000+ The owner of the company is Arbor Domi and his name was never mentioned, but I found him through the state of New Jersey the office of consumer affairs.
