What seemed as a simple fix (replacing a top shingle that blew off from a recent rain with strong winds) turned into a complete roof replacement. Mike took his time to explain what he and his team discovered wrong and the appropriate steps that should be taken to ensure that the work to replace the roof is up to building code. He was very genuine, empathized with us and tried to work with us to see if he could keep the costs fair. The whole experience was great; Mike and his employees are very nice, efficient, and fast. He takes pride in his work, will never compromise or cut corners to cut costs, and ensures that things are done to code. We are very happy with the end result and the overall work done by his company. It gave us confidence that our roof was built up to code, will handle heavy rain, and is under warranty (both manufacture and workmanship). They twisted my sidings and ripped my trims and corner sidings. Their foot prints were all over the asphalt roof and debris everywhere. The workers wiped their dirty hands allover the sidings like they did not give a sh.t Eventually, after so many phone calls and texts they came repaired and cleaned some of the areas- I would not recommend these people to anyone. And DO NOT trust all these positive reviews you see. Most of them I bet you are fake.

So I switched to NJHMS and have used them for the last several years. They never try to up-sell me new gutters. They come out 4x a year, notify me before and after, the gutters are clean and rarely tell me that I need a small repair. The prices for cleaning and repair are very reasonable. Their home office contact, Doreen, is very professional and efficient. I couldn't be happier.

We had three different professional companies check out the poor work and say that the products that were used were not up to industry standard, and that the work was done by an unprofessional. The chimney still leaks and the roof is still missing tiles. I ended up taking them to court and won by default because I'm sure you guessed they did not show. We are out $4000+ The owner of the company is Arbor Domi and his name was never mentioned, but I found him through the state of New Jersey the office of consumer affairs. There are three different locations in two different counties. Very shady practices, and you should stay away.
