Austin's associate (José) was attentive and professional and assured me that my ring would be well taken care of and returned to me in perfect condition as I was understandably a little nervous about leaving my ring to get resized by a jeweler other than the original jeweler. Austin's did a wonderful job; my ring was returned in perfect condition and now fits perfectly. I also received my ring back within a reasonable time frame (only 5 days) as I was also concerned that I might have to leave my ring there for 10-14 days. I can't recommend Austin's highly enough. I take a photo of what it looks like when I drop it off. I am not paranoid. I am just VERY careful about my jewelry because so much of it is heirloom items. My class ring got all bent up and had to be resized. Inside the ring is my name and I did not want to lose that. I explained all this to them. It came back perfectly sized and reshaped and my name still intact inside. I could not have been happier. I am not in the market for any jewelry so i didn't look at their inventory.
