After landing from an early flight I was looking for a spot to sit and work for a few hours. I was met with a sea of drive thru only coffee stands and was happy to find this Starbucks. There is lots of seating options inside with both tables and more relaxed chairs. The service was quick and friendly. My latte tasted as it usually good (always a good thing when visiting Starbucks). The music was good and not too loud and they seemed to have lots of items in stock. read more

12.25.23: After landing at the airport, I wanted another coffee for my hour long drive home and this was the closest Starbucks that still happened to be open on Christmas. I mobile ordered ahead and picked up through the drive-thru. I ordered an Iced Gingerbread Oatmilk Chai and it was a holiday in my mouth! It literally tasted like a gingerbread cookie and wasn't too spicy either nor did it leave you with a weird after taste. read more

This Starbucks, situated in Airway Heights in a parking lot shared with Walmart and many other small businesses, has a good-sized seating area and very helpful baristas. It is convenient if you are driving on Highway 2 or you are heading to the casino but not if you are driving on I-90. As far as the coffee goes--this is Starbucks and the coffee is great. This is a bigger than average sized Starbucks with some great seating arrangements and several comfy chairs to sink into for an extended stay. No Clover machine, so no reserve coffees, but there is a drive-thru and free Wi-Fi. Baristas are friendly, pleasant, and consistent with my drink when I've been there. This is your basic Starbucks. The coffee and food products are consistent with any of their stores. I have found the employees here to always be friendly both at the counter and at the drive through. They have seating inside and out and it has always been neat and tidy when I've visited. As far as a Starbucks goes they are a very good location to visit. read more

Starbucks in airway Heights cannot get a single item order correct. I usually get drip coffee and there's almost always an issue. It's cold or it's very old. They forget to put the sugar in or they forget cream. I personally think if they're going to charge that much for a cuppa coffee they should get it right. Average Starbucks fare with good service. I wouldn't recommend for anyone with mobility challenges. Ordering area is narrow , the seating is limited with many tall uncomfortable stools. The outside seats are not well maintained - worn, bent and broken with rough wood and metal exposed. No outside trash bins either. If you want to sit for your coffee, best to skip it - or drive thru and park. read more

So very friendly no matter what time of day I stop by. Gets my drinks made right no matter how many modifications. I am able to tell this is a good starbucks based on the extremely long lines at the drive thru however it does not deter me from visiting this location. Keep up the good work there!!! read more

Some Starbucks are better than others even though the menu is fairly standardized. It's more about the quality of making the drink and how friendly the service is. Net, three stars for this location. I did have a very good flavored iced coffee. read more

Why advertise a drink abs then tell me you can't make it beca you have pour out all of you drip coffees? I wanted a flat white blonde which is on the display. Then was told she can't do it unless they do a "pour over". Not sure what that means. Expect better. read more

I am a fan of all Starbucks locations period. Why are there so many different addresses listed for this one Starbucks in Airway Heights? I do like the location but get there early as the drive through line is endless during the peak morning work hours. It is a small area but does have its seating area, offers wi-fi and military discounts. Very nice staff and willing to accommodate your needs, even when your salted caramel mocha is seasonal but they still made it for my whiny ass. read more

Its a Starbucks so you know what to expect on the menu but service is definitely worse than other locations. They have a drive-thru, which I would usually consider a big plus but in this case, all three baristas were so busy listening to their headsets they had a hard time taking my order. It was social hour for the baristas, not serving time. With a Starbucks on every corner, I'd skip this one and try another. read more

Staff was extremely friendly and was good at keeping you up to date on order. But was extremely understaffed. I usually order and wait 3-6 mins for my coffee I ended up waiting 10-14 mins. I even thought about handing in my resume. But. Oh well. Coffee was great. And trying to get out of the parking lot to head east was extremely difficult. I have to go the the closest light and turn into the gas station across the street and exit again because everywhere is super crowded. read more

This will be the first complaint or bad review I have ever gone out of my way to submit. Coming from an experienced barista and lover of Starbucks and their TYPICALLY pleasant employees... I am extremely disappointed in the interaction I received this morning. I've been to this location many times and have had great experiences up until today. While taking my order I felt rushed and a bother as my barista was very unwelcoming using short phrases such as.. "anything else?"(repeatedly) and "Pull forward." I do not remember her greeting nor did she give me her name or typical Starbucks welcoming. I pulled up to a wide open window seeing no one and am left waiting a few minutes until my barista walks over laughing with her headset on, she was obviously talking to her co worker as there was no one in the drive thru behind me. She sets my drinks down and hands me my food expecting me to have handed her my cash when she hadn't yet verbally acknowledged me or given me a total! I understand my total is most likely displayed on the drive thru screen but is that not just common courtesy? After she hands me my last drink and I am putting my drink down I turn to say good bye and have a good day, (as is also common courtesy) and all I turn to see is a window already being shut and my barista walking away and out of sight with out another word! This threw me off! I have never seen a Starbucks employee act so badly! So to summarize my frustration let me be as short as she was. Greeting was nothing far from asking me, "What do you want? Anything else, Anything else, Anything else, Pull forward." (To an empty window) "12.92." *window abruptly shut* Okay, a McDonald's employee has more common decency than that! (no offense to McDonald's employees) ((I've worked there too, I'd know)) like none of these jobs are that hard or make you incapable of treating a person like a person and not a problem or inconvenience. All in all I will gladly make the longer drive down town or to medical lake to get my coffee from now on if this is what I am to expect from this Starbucks location. read more

Consistently great coffee shop and friendly baristas. Always clean, but could use a few more customer trash cans. The small one by the door is full every time we visit, so you have to set your trash on top. No outdoor trash can either. Seems well run and never a wait for drinks. Highly recommended. read more

I always go to this place because its on the way to my work. Usually I have no problem, but I only have problems when they have the one employee at the drive thru. Shes just very slow and not efficient like how you should be at a drive thru. And its not like theyre busy, they open at probably 6 am and I would be there around 0605-0610 so theres NOBODY there. So theres no reason why I should be in lone for a cup of coffee for about 10 minutes. read more

I went through the drive-thru this morning and had excellent customer service! Everyone I talked to was so kind. I forgot my receipt and needed it for a reimbursement. A few hours later, I called the store and the supervisor, Kenzie, was beyond helpful. As busy as she probably was, she immediately helped me and had the receipt ready for me.
