And before the business owner responds, you already responded once that you have an automatic setting to steam the milk and check it often. And that is the problem. Burned milk screws up coffee, and I can get that level of attention from a machine. However, this newer location is a pleasant surprise. The coffee just tastes better here. And the employees are really upbeat, friendly, and efficient. Maybe all the other locations should send their folks here to train to make the coffee better. This location is always very clean, plus they ditched the red phone booth motif which I always thought was too gimmicky. Only reason I am giving four stars is they are too expensive. Everything else about this location is done right, though, and should be copied throughout the corporation.

I didn't expect any different experience from this Starbucks as most Starbucks stores were about the same. We were planning to get some drinks quickly and leave, but we changed our mind. As soon as we walked in the store, the staff were very friendly to greet us. We then placed orders on our regular drinks. Then the staff asked me if I would like to get a mug or a paper cup. Mug?! Oh my goodness! I swear I haven't used a mug to drink coffee at Starbucks for decades. I do remember that when I ordered drinks at Starbucks back in late 90s, I was offered to use a mug if I was planning to drink inside the store. I don't recall when they stopped offering mugs, although most stores do have mugs on the shelves for decoration or for sale. In order to use a mug, we decided to stay here. There were not many seats in this store, but we were lucky to find our table immediately after ordering the drinks. The store is generally clean and well-maintained. When we were there, I saw them cleaning up after customers left their tables. We were able to stay here for nearly an hour to relax while drinking coffee and tea. The taste of the drinks was standard Starbucks, but the customer service here was excellent.
