Being busy in my line of work, I order from Bagel Authority about once a week and the bagels always arrive warm (as they are wrapped in foil) and usually ahead of schedule. Be warned, however, the herbs are so fresh they almost taste spicy - my favorite. We also had a few snickerdoodle cookies, a chocolate chip cookie and some sort of bar that I can't remember what it was called. Everything was very good! Cookies were done and not over baked. I wish I were able to bring home some kolaches but it was too long u yikes we're on a plane! Darn it!
