Not only is the coffee way too sweet. The other day i pulled up with 12 minutes before work. She takes my order,after a minute or 2 another car pulls up on the other side, its a regular customer, SHE TOOK THEIR ORDER AND MADE IT FIRST IGNORING MY ORDER AND TOOK OVER 8 MINUTES TAlKING, making it so I had to abandon my order to go to work. Too many coffee shops to choose from. I used to go here all the time. Loved the coffee and the way they made them. Until now. I went there for 2 32 oz Americano coffees and 1 24 0z Americano, had a buy one get one free coupon and went to pay for my drinks and it was still $16.00 seriously? I go to Pavillion coffee now, amazing girls and coffee, and my Americano drink with 6 shots is $5.00 ...too many coffee shops to settle for over priced drinks. read more

I have given this place so many chances, but today was my last. The blonde girl that works the mornings is not firing on all cylinders, and I unfortunately get her EVERY TIME. My order is not hard at all, and I have over 7 years of coffee experience myself. This girl doesn't even listen to my order because the second she walks away, she's asking me what size, guessing a random flavor I didn't order, asking if it's hot or iced, etc. All things I've just told her less than 60 seconds before. Today on my way to work, I decided to go there (big mistake per usual) and get my iced americano. Not only did she mess it up and there was hardly any ice in it at all, she put a ton of cream in it when I didn't ask for cream!! She noticed me looking at it after she handed it to me and asked if I ordered white chocolate, I replied yes but I asked for extra ice no water and there's hardly any ice in this. She proceeds to tell me that's because the shots are hot. (Eye roll) OF COURSE THEY ARE. That doesn't mean there is no ice in an ICED americano. Then she said "did I put too much cream in it?". I had no time to have her spend another unreasonable amount of time trying to get it right, but don't worry, she didn't even offer to!! This place is awful. Will not return and will be letting others know the same. read more

Ive been dying to ask this question, I am an iced coffee fanatic & do not have a preference in where its from, but I moved only 1min from this shop & was about to give them daily business until I realized from personal experience as well as observing from my home, that they take roughly 10 to 15mins to serve each customer!? Coffee is great, stand is great, shop is adorable, staff is wonderful, but ive never been back a second time due to how long it takes to get 1 simple iced coffee out, customers have work to get to or things to do. Please get them faster machines, more help, something! read more
