Just went to Starbucks and ordered my regular grande matcha Frappuccino with an extra scoop, because I can't taste the matcha with the normal 3 scoops. I frequent this Starbucks whenever I'm around the area, even when I'm at the Target I stop at this Starbucks instead of the one inside the store. This is a pretty big Starbucks with lots of seating, a bunch of couches and tables to relax at or study. It's never been too crowded where you can't find seating. The service is pretty good, I've never had s really bad experience here but I also don't go here on a regular basis. My drink has never been screwed up so I can't say anything bad about the baristas. They've always been nice to me! There is a drive thru so that's always a plus. Lots of drinkware to choose from if you're looking for a quick gift and they have a nice outdoor seating area for when it's nice outside. It's clean inside so I give it a thumbs up and would rather visit here instead of the Target Starbucks, which probably makes me s snob but I guess I'm okay with that haha. read more

I just need to say that this Starbucks is one of my favorites. Reason being is the staff is so friendly and accommodating. This was my second occasion that I've had to wait in the drive-thru line for five minutes or so. Took 39 minutes to get 2 travelers, not including the time I waited in line (there was one lady in front of me) to order. I saw the employee realize the nozzle wasn't sitting correctly in the travel box and try to fix it, then after 5 minutes the same exact box is derived to me. This location is very good although I have never been inside. That's right. I use the drive thru exclusively. Employees have always been very friendly and provide very good customer service. Consequently, the drive thru can get busy. The only con I see here is the need to have a screen at the drive thru order point which confirms your order. That would give me a warm fuzzy knowing I'm going to get caramel or an extra pump of vanilla since other locations have gotten my order wrong. read more

come here and study every day after work. It's a very comfortable atmosphere to do work at and drink good coffee. I usually just get their iced coffees which are very good and are very consistent with the quality. Their cold brews,especially the vanilla sweet cream cold brew, and delicious and flavorful. They are my favorite, but are slightly more expensive so I limit myself. I recommend everyone try them though. read more

I am reluctant to give Starbucks 4 stars, because their specialty coffees are wayyyyyy overpriced, but I must admit it's pretty darned good. I usually get a breve cappuccino, which is basically steamed half-n-half with cappuccino. Most of the time the barista makes it to my request, extra dry (mostly foam), and if they dont they will remake it without a fuss. The only thing is, who has the time to wait 1/2 hour to complete the process. I tend to buy their coffee at the market as well. I've tried cheaper brands to save a few bucks, but I always go back to Starbucks. I usually get the breakfast blend or now the blonde blend. Walmart has the best prices, generally, and have a larger size which makes it even more economical. read more

I believe they are walking around pouring and filling things up but not actually making anything. This is a pretty nice location. There's a lot of seating, plus a good number of outlets so you can do work. Compared to other locations, it's also (relatively) quiet, at least the two times that I have been there so far. Drinks, etc, are standard for Starbucks, cleanliness is average. I come to this Starbucks very often and have never had a problem, until today. My order is always right and the staff is usually friendly (ranging from sufficiently pleasant to extremely friendly and warm). This morning I purchased a beverage (unsweetened green tea), and started drinking it after I got to work. I then noticed a white film and a large black speck (the size of a tick or a dragonfruit seed) also covered in a white film floating around the bottom. This drink is usually just a clear, greenish, watery drink with no frills or toppings. The dirt seemed to be sediment or possibly even trace residue from a previous order which indicated to me that the ice may have been dirty, the water may have been dirty, or the tools were dirty. I held onto the drink until the end of the day so I could return to address the issue. The person I spoke with was very friendly, and she gave me a full refund. The thing that prompted me to write this review, however, was her insisting that the dirt was chocolate. She hadn't even looked at the drink yet. When I tried to show it to her, she kept insisting it was "honestly, just chocolate". The fact that she was blowing off my concerns was so frustrating. Like I said before, she did not give me any pushback about the refund and was very friendly, but please, in the future, listen to what customers are trying to communicate to you in case something bigger needs to be addressed. Even if it had been chocolate (which I'm sure it wasn't), it didn't belong in an unsweetened green tea. I do plan to return to this location, because for me, this is just a one-off situation and their service and drinks are usually great. read more

Listen - I'm a Starbucks fan; have the app on my phone and use it as an office-away-from-office. My complaint about this specific location is that of the 7 tables available to sit at (it's raining so the two patio tables aren't an option), at least four of the tables have been taken up by Starbucks employees/managers. I had to ask one of them if I could sit at one of those tables to get a few emails sent. Looks like multiple manager-types, maybe a recruiting fair. In fairness it's 12pm, so maybe not a ton of normal guest flow expected, but there isn't a single seat available to guests should another walk in. read more

The 3-4 guys that work here on a nightly basis have been awesome. They know my drink I come here every night before my shift at LVHN Muhlenburg Hospital. They have helped me get through these 23 nights of 12 hr shift. I came in yesterday with a drink made from another Starbucks and asked them to remake it because it tasted horrible. this is the only Starbucks I now visit and have been here almost daily before work for the past year. the employees are always friendly and as a reg. I sometimes get freebies, they def notice. the shoenersville location ALWAYS messes up my very simple iced coffee drink which is all I ever order (very seldomly do I get a snack or a complicated drink) for the most part my drink is hardly ever messed up. there's been a few occasions but you have to expect that anywhere that you frequent due to new employees or rush hour whatever it may be. read more

This is definitely the best Starbucks of the 3 on airport/schoenerville! I work full time and I'm a full time grad student so my Starbucks experiences are sometimes crucial to my success, especially these past two weeks during finals. I've visited this location during the quiet evening hours, hectic morning rush and everything in between and one barista in particular has really stood out- Leslie. She's incredible at balancing all of the guests needs both in store and drive thru with a smile on her face and as someone who's worked in the industry too previously for a long time, I know how hard that can be! I always watch her deliver with exception, going the extra mile both for myself and others. I consider myself a Starbucks connoisseur, having visited so many different locations throughout the country and reading a couple of books on the business and again, this one just stands out so much! Fail on a mobile order. Placed an order after having lunch a few doors down, walked over a few minutes later, and no order. Waited for the Barista to get a moment as she prepared 3 different drinks. The staff here are very nice - both in the early morning and at night. Service has always been quick and I never had to wait long. I know Starbucks are supposed to be consistent, but from my experiences, that's definitely not the case. I'm glad my coffee doesn't taste burnt or my latte doesn't taste awful. This is the worst Starbucks. Constant turn over of staff, they do not know how to make your coffee correct, long lines(both drive through and inside). You will never get the same staff member twice.
