My band, RELAAY, was recently on tour and had a show in Denver, where we stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn near this Starbucks. I remained on Eastern Time throughout the trip, so I arrived around 4:45 Mountain Time. The baristas were very nice and had my order ready in record time. Tons of free parking. Takes cash, credit card and electronic payment such as Apple Pay. The drinks are what you normally get at a Starbucks. However, the staff here are extremely friendly. We ordered their fraps and iced coffee. Both were delicious and priced reasonably. The customer service was great. The staff here asked us about our day and were friendly to answer any of our questions. They also sells small bites and snacks if you are on the go. Recommend this location. This location was very friendly and the service was fast. My croissant tasted really fresh and our coffees were made perfectly. The reason why they didn't get 5 stars is because the bathroom was disgusting. There was only a small amount of toilet paper left there was a ton of toilet paper all over the ground. The sink was not clean and there was stuff sprayed all over the mirror. So if you don't have to go to the bathroom this place is perfect lol read more

Nice atmosphere. Has a section to sit and work but this store feels a little weird dimension wise. More of a rectangle than a square, not their fault but I just notice it. Great staff though. Clean store, cleaner than most Starbucks to be honest. Fast order in person or via mobile. Good wifi too. Know it's all the same but I always get a good signal in this store. Even outside with their seating. Only downside is the store dimensions. And that's such a stupid thing to even mention. Seating like other stores. And a work or meeting area. Ugh, starbucks. You charge nearly $4 for this tall refresher that is mostly ice, and $4.75 for a tall pumpkin spice latte. I don't even bother getting just a plain Americano or espresso from you, since they are always burned and over extracted. I'm hopeful that this company's failure to produce decent coffee at a reasonable price will be its downfall and we'll see the return of the local coffee shop again. This has got to be the worst Starbucks ever as far as seating goes, especially if you want to plug in a laptop. I'm not sure who planned the way the tables are arranged but it has been designed completely wrong. There are a few tiny hightop tables, but the stools are easily a foot too short to sit at them. Einsteins just closed at 3pm so i was forced to go here. 2 employees who were behind the counter were overworked. The line was long but they scored points because they did work hard to get your orders out quickly and took orders before they rang them up to try and get the line down as quickly as possible. Well, I gotta put in a good word for the folks who work this particular SBUX. We've befriended at least half the staff here, and these are some of the nicest SBUX employees we've met. The store itself is clean, and bright. Has a great south-facing patio space, which basically let's patrons enjoy an outdoor coffee all year round! We drive past no fewer than 3 other Starbucks to visit this one, mostly because of the wonderful staff. Sunday mornings are the most crowded, but wait times are always short, and there are always places to sit. As Starbucks cafes go, this one is tops in our book! read more
