I chose to hit up the drive thru and customer service was great. Immediately I spotted the Tropical Mango Smoothie and went with that. I didn't want any dairy so it was more of a slush when I got it. I added mango starfruit gel because why not right? The drink itself was a tad bit too sweet which I'm sure can be altered. Flavor wise it was tasty. The gels gave it a little extra pop of flavor as well. My only complaint was the drink was full of ice chunks which make it slightly harder to drink. Maybe a little longer in the blender would've made it just right. Overall I would come back here again if in the area.

I tried a cold brew coffee with cinnamon white chocolate flavoring added based off the recommendation of the staff member, and I really enjoyed it. My wife always gets the iced turtle lattes which she really enjoys. I also tried their snickerdoodle cookie which was nice and warm with crispy edges and a soft interior. It's also pretty big. I liked the cookie and would get it again. The interior is nice and cozy and seems relatively busy on Sunday mornings, but the service is quick. We also got a free order of beignets from a coupon that was left on our door. The beignets were fresh and hot, and the employees were happy to know that "their hard work paid off " when we let them know we got the coupon from being placed on our door. The employees / staff were friendly as well, with one of them letting my wife know how pretty she is! They also seem to be dog friendly as there was a couple with a dog sitting on their patio. I'm curious to try other food items here including sandwiches or tacos. I'm sure we'll be back!

Then the employee can out and asked us to see the bag, we handed it to her confused- she said sorry I gave you the wrong order (it was just hash browns in the bag - we had it in our car for 5 minutes and ate some of it!) and then she said, sorry I don't usually work this station as she walked away and took it to another car and they pulled away before we could say anything. They were busy and filling online orders, but were still very personable and friendly. This location does NOT have a drive-thru, so I suggest you do an online pick-up if you're in a hurry. There are several places to sit inside, as well as an outdoor seating area. The parking lot can get a little bit chaotic so be careful. Might've just been the worst drink I've gotten. There was also another time I ordered the same thing and it came out really sloppy. The caramel was everywhere and I had asked for light ice, but they instead added wayyyy more ice than usual so I couldn't even mix my drink properly. Other than those experiences, I like it when it's actually the people who've worked there for a while at least and they always make the drinks just as I like them.
