So I told the cashier that I would not be making a purchase because of the rudeness, and that they were being a jerk. Then I took a photo to show their manager who it was and left. I will never go back, even if they fire the staff. No one like that should be working in customer service and I can only imagine the toxic culture of Artifact 301 / Studio Bake Shoppe to let this happen.
