Pagosa baking company has an absolutely dazzling array of rotating cakes, pastries, croissants, pies and tarts. From the crème brûlée tart (8$) to the chocolate cream pie minis (6$) to the amazing croissant breakfast sandwiches (5.75$) and cookies of all kinds (1-3.50$) we have been coming here for our sweet treats for months and they are literally batting 1.000% THEY DO NOT MISS. Service is ALWAYS friendly and prompt despite massive demand.....and don't even get me started on the bread. Made with locally milled flour and rye it is sublime (7$ per loaf).
