Excellant ice cream, plenty of Choices, not many places to sit and eat. The two girls behind the counter were kept very busy

Went in and there was a family of 4 and a lady in front of me in line. No acknowledgment that anyone walked in and there was 2 people working behind the counter. As I stood there for a couple of minutes I assumed the 2 people were working on the family of 4 order. After a while, the lady in front of me left. Finally, several minutes after the lady left one of the 2 people finally came up and asked the family of 4 what they wanted to order. I used to always look forward to getting Coldstone when I came to town to visit for the holidays, but I won't be wasting anymore of my time or money at this location. I've been twice in the last three weeks (as I assumed the poor quality and service would be a one time thing) and was extremely disappointe. I wasn't greeted when I came into the store despite it being empty when I arrived. the store was a mess when I walked in but didn't bother me much as I wasn't staying. when I asked for my items to go, I was met with an eye roll and then lids, spoons and a bag just thrown on the counter, I wasn't help with bagging it in any way. when I got home to bring my family their ice creams, our mix ins weren't even crushed and mixed in? do these children even get trained???? i was told there wasn't a manager available for me to speak to when I called to speak with someone. I've been going to Coldstone since I was a little girl. In the part 5-8 years the quality and service have declined greatly and I wont be recommending this establishment ever again. read more

How can you not love Coldstone Creamery? You know what you are getting when you come here. Premium creamy melty rich sweet yummy goodness mixed on a Coldstone with toppings of your choice. Came in to try some ice cream I was not impressed I should have stuck with the sorbet instead of ice cream . I had the strawberry cheesecake which was a little too sweet. I'll have to try something without all the mix ins.l read more

i did not give this a 5 star because i enjoy ice cream made on location. i've tried a couple of independent ice cream shops in various cities and that was an enjoyable experience. that being said this cold stone is no different than the many stores that dot this earth. expensive ice cream that taste good. the service was good as usual. and if you want to buy a cake from this place they really encourage you to pre-order online. i guess the ice cream cakes sell like crazy! read more
