Yet another Starbucks COFFEE that does not have Brewed Coffee ready. Have to wait seven minutes for a cup of coffee. Pretty bad when somebody ordering a specialty drink gets theirs faster. Yet another reason why I go to Dunkin' more often now. When the barista is making drinks and taking drive-through orders. That is a order mishap waiting to happen. Everyone there is so kind and curious. The drive thru is a hit or miss on time depending on how busy they are,which is understandable. I have had to have my drink remade before b/c my specific instructions weren't met. They have never given me any attitude or act frustrated. Thank have had horrible experiences in another nearby store and I refuse to go back there. This store is by far my first pick!! We checked in on the way back. They were even more confused and were making drinks out of order. I guess wearing socks and sandals (Seattle style) is not hip enough when there is Birkenstock next door. Yelp would not let me check in because I was too far away when i had time. Yet again they are closing at 8pm. Do not go by the hours online or the people who answer the phone as we've learned to call before we drive 30 minutes to make sure they aren't closing early again. Love my local Starbucks! I've been coming to this location since it opened in November 2003. They have always had the friendliest baristas, and amazing drinks. I have been there since the mocha malt Frappuccino to the cold brews and everything in between. The drive through can get bogged down sometimes with larger orders, however I just mobile order mine, go inside and pick it up, most times bypassing the line entirely. Starbucks store front located in a strip mall setting. Service was good/friendly. I'm not sure what all these complaints are about long waits. I waited maybe 5 minutes. That may seem long, but when you consider that it's the fault of Starbucks in general. If you allow all these ridiculous mobile orders to filter in and disrupt the queue for people who aren't even in the store, you're going to increase the wait. The store was clean. The bathroom was a little messy. Like "you haven't had a chance to tidy up after guests" messy, not "truck stop" messy. Insanely slow for what it is. They need a training in the entire order-to-delivery process from any of the DC Starbucks locations. And they weren't even busy when we stopped. Also, there were no napkins to be had, and the bathroom was out of soap. This location needs help. read more

i've had some very nice and fast trips to this starbucks, and some very not-nice, very slow trips. unless you are cool with waiting 15+ minutes in the drive through or in the store, i would suggest using the Starbucks mobile app to order ahead. they run out of food fairly often too, because i think it's such a busy location. read more

Friendly staff but the drive thru is slowwwwww. If there are more than 3 or 4 cars behind the speaker expect to wait at least 15 minutes.

This store has recently been through a renovation. Overall the new design is modern and tasteful. The only complaint: seems like they added more bar style seating than regular table seating (which could be an issue if you have a small child). I do enjoy their new food items, and this crew is still one of the best around. I love the atmosphere and the employees (coffee is great too)!! I never have an issue here and I will continue to stop in the morning before work and soccer games. Keep up the great work, and always keep the coffee flowing. read more

The wait time at this store is ridiculous. Most of the time they mess up my order. When you wait 20 minutes for a drink you expected to at least taste good! I've always been greeted by rude, unfriendly servers. The one at Pullman square is much better if you ask me. read more

This location stays busy but their staff is always able to handle it because they always seem to have hard-working folks that are superb behind the counter. I love their drive-thru option at this location and their menu offerings. Once ordering their area where one waits for drinks can get a little congested but it's a minimal price to pay for their endless delicious offerings of treats and drinks. read more

The staff here are always the most courteous and seem to enjoy their job genuinely. I am treated very respectfully and polite. This is my favorite Starbucks in the country and they always make the best drinks without getting them wrong. They even go out if their way to make me something new if I can't decide. read more

Worst Starbucks ever. Slow and grumpy. Asked for an extra cup and was told that they "can't do that!" I would avoid this one. The woman at the register was nice enough but the manager in charge was rude and kinda angry. UPDATE: angry manager eventually gave us two(!) extra cups, but he made sure to let us know that it ruined his day because there is no way to ring up extra cups. read more

I am new in the area and have been to this Starbucks now three times. Each time, the service has been comfortably quick and friendly. The coffee (mine are always a little complex and easy to get wrong) and sandwiches have been perfect. On my first visit to this location, I was in and out - great service regardless. And, on both occasions in which I stayed, the staff could not have been nicer to everyone in the place - and to each other. As I left, all wished me a good evening as nicely as they had greeted me. I would have given this one five stars if the place were roomier. It is comfortable enough, in any case. Given all this, I am a little perplexed by the negative comments I read here. I can only guess it may be due an employee who is no longer there. My own experience to date has been nothing but positive. read more

Another horrible visit waited 35 min with three cars in the drive thru, I guess the 17 employees working were overwhelmed. I thought that paying 5 bucks for a coffee was a treat but after going to this location several times its more of a rude awakening to young people today. All the young barista's were texting the entire 35 minutes I waited and we're getting annoyed with people for stopping by to get a treat. Absolutely terrible! Waited almost 20 minutes in drive through with only two cars ahead of me. I ordered the most basic of all orders - black coffee. When I got to the window there was nobody there and nobody came to the window for nearly 5 minutes! The girl making drinks ignored my calls of 'hello' and avoided eye contact. This is one of the worst Starbucks that I've ever been to. The service is just awful. I sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes waiting for 5 the cars in front of me. Once it was my turn to receive my order, a mocha frappuccino, they handed me a java chip frappucino. The "barista" then attempted to make my drink again but handed me a hot peppermint mocha. The cashier, who was working their first day, then attempted to get hostile with me and tried to force me to take the drink. I then talked to the shift manager, who screwed up the 3rd attempt at my drink. I have no idea how they managed to be this inept at a basic drink. I complained about the behavior of the cashier and received no apology and was told that it was their first day. There is no time when that type of service is acceptable. I will no longer visit this Starbucks. read more
