They also never fully mix the drinks so the flavor is all at the bottom. When i asked on a previous day for them to mix the flavor into my drink, the same girl who cut me off rolled her eyes at me and said they do that. This is exactly why i do not support local coffee shops- because at least when i go to starbucks i am treated with respect.
