    So disgusting

Worst coffee ever! #yuck #thisismildbrew We stopped here because we were on a really long drive and needed some caffeine. I tried their mild blend before and I thought it was decent. I asked the young lady if they had a mild view and she said they did. I ordered one with extra milk and it was so strong I had to pour the top 1/4 off to add more milk from the cooler we were traveling with. It was still like mud. I just couldn't drink it.

My small Starbucks I had to share with my husband
    Gina B.

I come here all the time when traveling up to Ohio. Every single time they mess my order up. Today I ordered a venti Cramel Ribbon crunch frap and they gave me a tall and charged me for the Venti. I also asked if they had cake pops and they said yes chocolate and birthday cake I said two chocolate and got birthday cake. When I said something about my drink she said no that's what you ordered and turned her back to me. It was soooooo beyond rude. If it wasn't so convenient I wouldn't come to this location anymore.

Hours suck. As part of a literal rest stop for travels you'd think the coffee place MIGHT want to actually be open?

This place is...interesting, in a good way. When I was told I was going out of town for a work…read moreevent in West Virginia and this was the name of the place. I had no idea exactly what this place was. My colleague kept referring to it as just a Moose. And a lot of use know that means something else, more in lines with a bar. The person that invited us out to here for the event didn't give us much information about what we should expect. But I am happy I came here, because of how unique of a place this is. Most people would assume that this may be a place for ice cream and you'd be partially right. This place is a mix of things that you would not expect. First and foremost, it is a well used coffee shop. Even though there is a well known national competitor right up the road. There is a steady stream of vehicles in and out throughout the day. Inside, in the coffee portion of the space, it gives definite coffee shop vibes. Couches, armchairs, tables, books, magazines, etc. That coziness could be a big draw on a cold day. I had myself a chai tea latte from here and it was delicious. They are quick with their ordering process and making of the drink. What else is here you ask? Well, let me tell you. There is an ice cream parlor tucked away on the opposite side of the coffee shop. You can enter this through the coffee shop or from the outside entrance on the side of the building. This area, then leads you to another location on the lot. Putt-Putt. Behind the building, there is a miniature golf course built into the hillside. One that is West Virginian history themed. Another thing this place has is an indoor climbing wall. I didn't get a chance to check that out.

Nice coffee. It's a small place, I think. There are a bunch of tables and some bar stools. Plenty…read moreof games for bad weather days. Plenty of parking. Yeah, it's a little strange. FUN. They stirred my coffee clockwise even after reminding them it needs to be stirred counter clock ways. I forgive. But next time...

There is no better place for always fresh never frozen donuts. It's disheartening to realize that some only know Dunkin'. Listen, I'm not hating, there's a place for the quick hit fix of dunkin. There is a platonic nature to Dunkin's work, it's what you get for those who you consider an acquaintance. If you want to express a deep care and dare I say nostalgic sense of belonging in a world wrecked with loneliness then you go for the connection. It is in the name, man. I'm just saying there is more to the donut experience than Dunkin is capable of offering in our area. It's as Lewis said, " like an ignorant child who wants to go on making mud pies in a slum because he cannot imagine what is meant by the offer of a holiday at the sea. We are far too easily pleased." The pure euphoria of these donuts, the deliberate love of the team, the nonchalant 90's decor that reminds you of a home lost but never resigned from your heart. It's an enrapturing moment to embrace these little spaces in our days to retrieve some sort of confectionary respite from a world in dire straights. You need a retreat from the wreck of the world? Come to the connection, your connection to concrete exuberance in patisserie bliss.
