If I could I wouldn't even give it one star. Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Starbucks by Elina, was rude wasn't paying attention to my order or request. I told her when she handed me the items it was not correct , she threw everything out to remake order with a bad attitude and to make things worse she was on her personal device. We stopped by on a Monday evening to buy my iced coffee before continuing our drive to Los Angeles. This location was not taking any app orders so we had to wait in the small snail paced line which had only a few customers. I ordered my venti iced coffee with 3 pumps of sugar and a "splash" of oat milk. I specifically told the barista a "splash" but I ended up with a milk shake. I didn't say drown my coffee with oat milk, despite the error the coffee tasted good. read more

Based off of our drive thru experience it was a pleasant one. People were nice, correct and delicious drinks. Can't complain about that and the efficiency. Only thing, if they want to accommodate more road trippers the location is sort of terrible. It isn't just right off the highway. You have to drive a bit down to access it. Super busy Starbucks with a very curt staff. A big pit stop for bathrooms from the freeway and a long line inside and at the drive thru. If you have to stop here, would recommend mobile ordering to skip the lines. Otherwise, head to a different location! read more

Being the Starbucks right off the freeway in this small town, most customers here are just passing through. You can expect they need coffee, and everyone say it with me, bathrooms. This location is graciously open until 10pm. We rolled in at 9:30 to get Americanos and use the restrooms. The entry of the hallway leading to them was lined with little yellow blockades. We asked if they were closed and the barista smiled, saying yes for at least 10 minutes, AT LEAST (2 times for emphasis) while they soak in bleach. She said they try to do it as close to closing as possible. In the meantime, I fed and changed my son in the car instead while waiting for the bleaching process to complete as I watched 7 more customers enter the shop, all of the ladies waiting for the restroom. At 9:45, I watched one woman finally step over the blockade, at which point I did the same. Even more disappointing, only the floors looked bleached. The toilet seat was up, and when I placed it down I found debris. How annoying. 2 other women waited near the sink to use the restroom, and by the time everyone cleared out, and I had my son back in his carseat, it was 10pm, and all lights in the Blythe Starbucks were out, doors locked. First and LAST time going to this Starbucks. When I was giving the barista(Sabrina) my order she questioned the drinks I was getting and was rude. The other barista Desiree, did not make my order correct. When I told her that my order was wrong and if she could fix it, she seemed bothered by it. I was hoping to get good service like it said I was on their sign but I didn't. I have ordered this drink at other locations and I never had this experience. They were rude and I felt discriminated. read more

I ordered a Grande Acai strawberry Lemon. after taking approximately 4 sips it was all gone. My wife was surprised how much ice they poured in it. So I went up to the lady at the counter explained to her and her remark was " well that's how much ice we pour in" pretty frustrated to spend approx 5 bucks on a drink and they just kick u to the curb like that. We just left and despite the fact that our drinks weren't as strong as we wanted and we went back and asked to have them remade, the guy who works the eight o'clock shift on Tuesday nights (November 24th 2014- im sorry I didn't read your name tag!) was super awesome about it. We couldn't have asked for better customer service.. He was so patient and understanding, my boyfriend and I left the place really satisfied and talking about how cool he was about it. Nice pple. Average wait for a busy store. i ordered iced coffee with milk and I received milk with iced coffee. I saw the barista fill the cup with 2/3 of milk and then maybe 1.5" of coffee. It was gross. Maybe do just need a refresher on how to make drinks? I know that sometimes they do a whole store refresher training. I think they do that for the store. I'd recommend double checking your drink. read more

This Starbucks was disgusting. Every trash can was overflowing. The bathroom was filthy and had no toilet tissue. Service was fine. The wait was as expected but the environment was awful. read more
