Since it's the only Starbucks in the tourist-friendly Breckenridge, you can imagine it's quite busy. Families of 6 stand in line to order their coffee and use up those gift cards. Serviceable place, but unless you're REALLY hard up for Starbucks coffee, you can avoid the crowds and go to any one of the independent local coffee joints along Breckenridge's main street. read more

I love coming here to get caught up online with email, social media, etc. Wifi is solid. The first time I visited, I didn't realize there was a large back room with fireplace and chairs, or a back patio with a great view of the slopes. My favorite spot is out front, but on busy days it is hard to get a table as there are only a few. They are usually in the shade which helps bald guys like me. While everyone else is shopping you can hang out here and relax. read more

I was surprised to see a Starbucks up here. The line is always long. It's inside a little ranch style house which is easy to miss. I like to try out the small businesses but can't ever go wrong with Starbucks because you know exactly what you're getting. The services at Starbucks (seems like it almost doesn't matter which Starbucks you go to anymore, they must not promote good services). The service does not beat the small businesses though, reminder as to why I like the small coffee shops. But the real reason why I like Starbucks is their triple filtered ice waters. read more

Hands down the best service I have ever had at Starbucks! The staff is very friendly and competent, not to mention extremely fast! During my first visit some customers were being extremely rude to the girl calling names to pick up orders when they were ready, harping on her for not being loud enough. There were at least 30 people in this tiny place at the time and it was evident she was doing her best. The girl remained so pleasant and didn't lose her cool. Impressive. It's good to remember when thousands of tourists come to a town populated by only hundreds, staff could easily get easily overwhelmed and we should do our part to stay calm, especially over something so trivial as name calling volume. read more

I never thought I'd write a review for Starbucks coz I usually grab my drink and go and never really care about anything .. But I have to write about this store in Frisco .. Starbucks is supposed to be known for its exceptional customer service .. Everyone at the cashier were really friendly except for this one girl who was making coffee .. Her name is Sabrina .. I requested her to warm up the banana walnut bread coz I like it that way , she was rude and asked me to go back and stand in the line for that instead of politely taking it from me .. The store was OK busy not super busy .. They were 3 others girls helping.. I really don't like any store who have rude ppl as that can give anyone an unpleasant experience .. While I recommend our local Starbucks, I am very disapointed they (and their parent company) have decided to discontinue their "Espresso Pods." I've used them for years and they make an excellent brew, are quick and easy. Looks like they discontinued them to force everyone to upgrade to their new "Viresmo" machine. I always try to go into a local coffee shop over Starbucks, but when I'm in Frisco I go here. The barista girl with brown hair that's there a lot is always very welcoming and genuinely interested in having conversations with you, she's awesome!! Also, the tall guy that manages to pull off a mustache is super nice and those two make a great team and will send you out with a smile and good coffee. As with any place, just be nice to them and people will usually be nice to you:) It takes two. read more

The WORST service. Zach was taking our order, and when I said my daughter needed a soy milk for her allergies he ROLLED HIS EYES AT ME. His hair was ALL OVER THE PLACE and he was stoned with red eyes. He had an attitude the entire process. I was trying to be reasonable with him, smiling, knowing how hectic the town is, I double checked to make sure her drink had soy, he snapped at me and said "YEA I GOT IT YOU SAID THAT." Terrible service. Took 25 min after that, and it wasn't busy..I think he held the drinks back on purpose. I'm surprised some of his greasy hair didn't fall into our drinks. Purely disgusting and a terrible employee. I will be contacting the manager for sure about this. Unreasonable and disrespectful. read more

As a frequent traveler and a business owner I got the worst service today! 12/25/2017. Around 2:45 pm. I came to Colorado to spend a beautiful Christmas and I got the most discounting service ever. Today I order a coffe with cream and sugar and the cashier replied in a very loud tone " if you can't cream and sugar you can prepare your self!!!! We have everything outside " I politely ask him can you guys please do it for me? He rolled is eyes and said I guess !!!!!!!!! I was standing close and I I could hear it was him telling his co-workers to jump my order ?. Twenty minutes later I ask for my coffe and of course no cream or sugar! I know I'm not the first one complaining about service but take your money somewhere else there's many local coffees nearby where your business is appreciated. read more

I Love Starbucks! BUT... My experiences at the one here in Breck was less than perfect. The staff, while full of personality, was inattentive to the customers. The line to order, while not very long, moved at a snail's pace. I thought this unusual, since there were 5 baristas behind the counter. One was mopping the floor, one taking orders, and the other 3 just kidding around and talking with each other. Of those 3, one would stop to make a drink occasionally. While I am glad to see vibrant, interesting people working at Starbucks, I am less enthused with the service at this one. Other customers were irate at having to wait and at finding the condiments section without ANY types of cream, milk, etc. We, the customers, felt ignored. I found the situation to be similar the next time I came to this Starbucks. Please live up to the reputation of so many of your other stores. By the way, the doppio was delicious. read more

I absolutely LOVE Starbucks. That being said, my last visit wasn't exactly great. Our order was wrong, six people were working, one was actually making drinks while the others talked. The place itself has great seating, indoor and out, a fireplace, and ample space for everyone. I just wish the staff had done a better job. read more
