They weren't super busy when I went around 8:15 on a Tuesday, started to get busier closer to 8:30 though and by 8:40 the line was back to the door but they still served pretty quickly. They also have grab and go drinks, some iced coffees, breakfast/lunch sandwiches, yogurts, muffins, etc. Inside there's 3 4 person tables and then a wrap around seating/bar area with about 8-10 stools. Also outside seating with three 4-person tables and one 2-person table. Most everyone was taking to go though! But if you want a table for a meeting, suggest to get here before 8:30! It's also a veteran-owned small business, which makes supporting it even better. You can grab fresh beans to make at home, enjoy local pastries in the morning (until they sell out), and the baristas are incredibly talented. George was fantastic. He kept a close eye on us without being overbearing. He anticipated what we might need so we didn't spend one second waiting to order anything. They asked if there were any allergies or dietary restrictions so I mentioned my vegetarianism. George went through the menu and pointed out the vegetarian options including what seems like it is vegetarian but isn't. They had TWO vegetarian entree options and fortunately the non-mushroom one was something I probably would have ordered anyway: pesto with walnuts, arugula, and a very generous amount of grated cheese. To start, I ordered the Brussels sprouts whichc I was warned had fish sauce. This was fine but nothing that blew me away. GF, on the other hand, loved this.
