I've been to quite a few Starbucks locations in multiple states and this is one of the worst. First, they close randomly. Multiple times I've been by there and seen a sign that said they closed at 2 or 2:30pm and would open the next day. I've never seen any other location do this. I know one time they were closed for a day I saw an article about someone in the store having Covid so they closed for cleaning, but I have no idea why they've closed multiple times more recently. Leaving that aside, when they are open they are SLOW. The line moves at a snail's pace. And more than once I've gotten hot coffee with grounds in it, or coffee that tasted really old. The quality just isn't as high as other locations. Unfortunately this is the closest location to where I live, but it's not worth waiting forever or spending all the money on the subpar coffee so I just make my own. read more

The coffee here is on par with all the other Starbucks that I've gone to, but the service and people at the Butler Starbucks is a step above the rest. Always a smile, even when they're swamped. read more

Very slow service, and inconsistent quality. The staff look bored or high, not sure which. I asked where the lady's room was and was told they don't have lady's room, that all their toilets are gender neutral. Needless to say, urine all over the toilet seat, and floor. This location needs serious help as well as better management. WHY are they SO slow??? Both the drive-thru & inside are both excruciatingly slow. Makes no sense. Cannot compare to Gibsonia & Allison Park locations. Then they have such spotty hours. WHY?? Closed one week, open another only until 2pm. Absolutely ridiculous. It's easy to find in a shopping center and the crime they is easy to get too. It's a pretty big store I like the seating inside inside lots of tables and booths. The WiFi worked great I was surprised only a couple people in it at 7pm. The seating is really spread out so you don't feel cramped I hate when the tables are right next to each other. read more

Threw my gift card back at me after I paid, ignored me when I got back in line to kill off the card then threw the card back at me again. I didn't get a hello or a thank you. This Starbucks is such an exciting addition to Butler! The inside is spacious and beautiful and there is also a drive through! They have in addition to their delicious coffees: breakfast sandwiches, hot sandwiches, pastries, cake pops, teas, juices, and smoothies. The staff are friendly and fast. My drinks taste just as good as they were from any Starbucks in the greater Seattle area, which I lived and frequented for 11 years. read more

First time at this location - newer to Starbucks- had the rudest young man - who advised me that they discontinued the breakfast sandwich that i wanted to order....When i asked if he could offer another option - since im allergic to egg - he became irritated and more rude..... the wait in the drive thru was 20 minutes - more irritating- when we got to the window , we advised the worker that we decided against my husbands sandwich - since they didn't have mine - the young man shoved the coffee at us and slammed the window! Ive called corporate Starbucks ...only to find out that the sandwich was NOT discontinued at all and they were upset to hear of this horrible experience....I would stay away from this Starbucks!!! read more

Y'know, most people give Starbucks a pretty bad rap. They say that it is completely over-priced, and tastes average. I have to disagree. If there's one thing about Starbucks that I love, it's the VARIETY. You see so many different, lovely types of people in a Starbucks ( Especially this one, ) and the baristas are so kind and patient. Besides the people, the drinks are AMAZING. Sure, they ran out of ingredients for my sister's Unicorn Frappuccino but the Zombie Frappuccino was to DIE for ( Heh, get it? ), and, for the amount I was given and the ingredients, five dollars is REALLY agreeable! Anyways, the point is, this Starbucks is amazing ( Considering that I have only ever been to one other Starbucks. ), and I will be sure to visit it often, and you should too! read more

Coffee here is very burnt and tastes more like charcoal then anything else. The blond roast is the only coffee there I'd consider drinkable, but still over roasted. The service here is fine but it really can't save how terrible the coffee is. The milk in the lattes is over aerated to the point of slightly scalded milk. Plenty of great shops in town with coffee from great roasters you can go to. Heck, even Dunkin donuts is better. read more

The Cashier was very very rude! I handed her my Panini and asked her to please heat it up and she smirked at me almost laughing! I got the same reaction if not worse when I ordered my drink! When my Panini was done, she basically threw it into my hands! Worst Starbucks experience EVER! When the Barista handed me my drink, I said,"Thank you" and he said, "Excuse, me what?" Ugh! This is a great Starbucks! I'm not a local - come to Butler to visit the parentals several times a year - and I've supported the local coffee shop on Main St for many years.
