Typical Starbucks. Inside looks like they all do. The staff is very friendly. The star of the show though, was DEFINITELY the PERFECT cappuccino. Textbook foam, especially for oat milk. Surprised the reviews are so low. I FREQUENT this starbucks and it's fairly decent. The drinks are great and staff is friendly. My only complaint (and it's a big one) Is that the staff has no urgency. I often am waiting to have my order taken while the staff chats away with each-other or customers. Something isn't being provided for these workers, cause they are scrambling on top of eachother. I've been ordering here for years. They had a great crew about 5 years ago, so efficient and personable. Now the only one of that crew that's left is Terri - she is the BEST! The past couple days I've done a mobile order, the order was to be ready in 9 minutes, got there about 12 mins after the order was placed, no order. I stopped by before meeting some friends for dinner to grab a coffee. I ordered ahead of time and my order was ready when I arrived. I entered the empty store with no customers. None of the employees welcomed me in or said hi. I proceeded to the restroom, which needed a good cleaning - it was gross. I picked up my coffee, no one said anything to me. After finding a seat for a few minutes, I went back up to see if my second item was ready. The mobile orders were stacking up, but no one was calling them out. My second item was there and I grabbed it and proceeded to a table. Again, no one said acknowledged me. I sat for a minute before deciding to leave and sit in my car because the atmosphere was so unwelcoming. There is a Dunkin across the street, maybe they're more friendly.... I come here almost everyday and each day my coffee is never right. Today I asked the girl if this was my drink because it did not taste right at all and all she did was add more coffee to it and give me attitude. There is no need to be rude about having to fix someones drink. I asked if she could make me a new one and they did it still didn't taste right. I ordered a iced coffee with caramel, light cream, and caramel drizzle. It was all cream and had no flavor to it at all and it was extremely watered down and had no ice in it. Staff is very disorganized and are allowed to be on their phones and not working while patrons are waiting in the drive thru and in the store. Management has no ability to control their staff nor their mouths as they speak to patrons. Manager cut off mobile orders as they could not keep up due to half the staff standing around doing nothing. They were more concerned about taking a break than fulfilling orders. This is quite literally the slowest Starbucks you'll ever walk into. I come here at least 4 times a week and lately it has been so slow. I don't know if it's new hires but you will MOBILE ORDER atleast 15m in advance , get there and wait an extra 25-30m just for a coffee. It's ridiculous. I've had to cancel my mobile order twice because I'd be late to prior appointments. Waste of time. Stop down the road in Washington or Bridgeville. read more

Overall a great starbucks with a solid staff, I've had very good experiences in the few times I have stopped before work for a drink. The one down side is that the drive thru can be a bit of a pain sometimes with the wait. They did however recently finish reconstruction of their drive thru moving it to the opposite side of the building, and away from the awkward previous location right off of the road. Once I spilled my drink in my car going around the turn out of the exit (completely my fault), and went back in to order another drink. They offered a replacement to me free and even let me use some wet towels to help clean up the mess, which was a huge help - they really crush the customer service in my book. As an added bonus, the baristas are always very friendly and upbeat in the mornings which always makes things better. I always feel like my drinks are made with some extra TLC at this spot. read more

Great place to relax, socialize and enjoy great coffee or any speciality drink prepared by some of the best baristas working for Starbucks. Manager and staff polite, extremely attentive to customer's needs providing fast no waiting service. Canonsburg Starbucks drive through, in spite of a continual barrage of non stop cars passing through provides quick accurate service and WON a reward for being the most efficient in the area. This Starbucks is convenient if you wanna jump off the highway and grab a coffee but it won't be quick. The service here seems to be short staffed often. There's always a long line around the building of cars at the drive up window. The parking lot is very small so sometimes you get caught inline with the cars just to park. The inside is what you would expect with a Starbucks there is a small seating area. Some grab and go food and some beans to take home as well at tea. I'll most likely return again because I prefer Starbucks over dd across the street. read more

I frequent this Starbucks a lot, almost daily. The staff is friendly, but my order often is wrong in the drive thru. The only reason I continue to id it is very convenient for me. However I feel most times it id due to rushing as there is always a line at the drive thru. However when someone is paying $5-7 for a coffee drink you should really try to get the order right. read more

This is, by far, the worst Starbucks drive thru that I've ever encountered. They have messed up my drink more than 5 times in the past month and a half. To be fair, I think they have a hard time hearing the orders because of the busy road behind them but today the employee repeated my order back to me and it was still made completely wrong with the wrong flavored syrup. Stuck up manager spotted my firearm through my jacket (my mistake for printing but) was asked to leave (import note here there is not a policy that allows a manager to kick out a customer for carrying and esp not legally carrying concealed) used to be regular... Never again. Manager should be fired. I have permit and was polite the whole time. I immediately left without any argument just a "sorry for the trouble and have a nice day" but when I went though the drive though a week later for my aunt.. I was screamed at and was threatened..
