I don't even want another omelet unless it's THIS one. It was perfectly seasoned, packed with flavor, and every bite just kept getting better. I was seriously considering ordering a second one before I even finished the first. We also had the pancakes, eggs, and bacon. The pancakes were so fluffy they practically floated off the plate, with amazing flavor that didn't even need syrup (okay... I still used syrup ). The bacon was perfectly crispy, the eggs were cooked just right, and of course, they had cheese because breakfast without cheese is just a suggestion. To top it all off, the service was outstanding. Our food came out in about 20 minutes, everyone was friendly, and everything was fresh and hot. Fair warning: if you eat that gyro omelet, every other omelet afterward is going to disappoint you.
