I get coffee everyday but this staff is not always courteous. Many times their coffee is cold which is fine. I just request another coffee and wait. I get coffee everyday but don't always feel welcome. I know they are busy but there is a difference between being blauzee and anti-social versus focused and engaged. I really just want to feel welcome when I buy my coffee every day. I don't think a polite attitude and good Morning is too much to ask, even in the midst of Covid. This is a nice Starbucks location, I hit here a few days a week on my way to work. If the line is out the drive thru and there is a spot to park, grab it and dash in. Most of the time I can beat the Drive thru line which is sometimes backed up in two directions during morning rush. This isn't because of the slowness of the staff, but the annoying way that you can get backed up 2 directions entering the drive thru lane. The staff here is very nice and gets to know your drink if you order the same thing regularly. If they see you in line they get it started and/or greet you by name in store. If they see a newbie handing off something that doesn't look right, they'll ask if you ordered something different and correct if needed. I have no qualms with the food and/or beverages at this particular Starbucks. Don't get me wrong, I love me some pumpkin spice lattes and chai lattes. I have no issues with those tasty drinks. However, I do have an issue with how I was treated when I was double charged on my debit card. Once I spotted the issue (that same day) I contacted the location and explained to the manager the situation. He informed me that many customers had complained about it lately and tried to explain why . I told him that it wasn't acceptable and to make sure that my card was charged only once. He told me he removed ALL charges and I definitely wouldn't be charged. Two days later the double charge posted on my account. I still haven't been able to get it resolved. I guess it's too difficult to fix an issue that is obviously not isolated to my visit. I would definitely recommend watching your account closely after ordering from this location. read more

This Starbucks I've only been too a couple of times and I have to say the few times I've been I've been disappointed. I've usually been the only car in line and waiting for a mocha frappuccino while the staff joke and laugh while making me wait. I'm glad you are enjoying your coworkers but don't make the customer wait in drive thru while you have your fun. One of the times the staff had my coffee in their hand and they were talking to a coworker for a couple of minutes while I sat there and waiting for my coffee. read more

I always use the drive thru and the people who take the order are always playful and very nice. They will try to make you smile with their silliness. My tall soy latte is always great and the wait isn't bad even on workday mornings. It was a rare occurrence but one day they didn't have soy milk and they made up for it by giving me a free coffee so that showed me they care. read more

This Starbucks is terrible! As a Starbucks regular I've given this Starbucks location a ton of chances & every time my drink is wrong. They either put too many pumps of syrup or not enough & then today I ordered a coconut milk mocha macchiato & I got a Mocha with coconut milk. I've found that making eye contact can make or break one's social networks and interactions. This Starbucks provides a good opportunity to practice your eye contact maintenance if you, like me, have an eye contact phobia. The guy named "Z :)" gives one of the iciest death stares I've encountered. Looking away and back, the stare remains. Not since the demented old man on the Moscow-Lyubertsy train line have I been so challenged. Practice up!! The locating is very small, but never feels to cramped, despite being popular with a steady trickle of customers. Parking lot can use some work, but there is ample parking at a side plaza. The employees are always very cheerful and make orders quickly and accurately (I never order anything more complicated than a regular cup of coffee or however stuff comes standard off the menu, so I guess it's hard for them to mess up), despite the heavy traffic... Which moves everybody along. I come to read and relax on the weekends and while the seating is always near full, we will be able to find a table to make or home. One thing I enjoy considerably about this location us that they turn on the background music only loud enough to hear, but not do obnoxiously loud as to either distract me from reading or to drown out whomever I am taking with. Very low key ambience without all the pretentious loud talker people that usually accompany coffee shops. read more

I worked for the company for several years and you don't treat customers this poorly. I went to this location on Saturday, the drive thru line was a jacked up mess in several directions. There were customers sitting inside, so I decided to go inside to order to avoid the drive thru mess. I waited behind another customer who was being helped, and it was only AFTER he was given his items did the barista say they were closing the lobby SOON. I said okay, started to order, and he cut me off saying the lobby was closing SOON. No **** I heard him the first time. But if you meant you were not taking orders inside, that is a completely different statement, and you should've said something to us earlier instead of waiting until after completely serving the person in front of me. The barista told me I needed to go through the drive thru if I wanted to order anything. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I will no longer go here after being treated this way. read more

I love Starbucks I spend probably 60$ a week here between me, coffee for work , and my little sisters. My orders at this location are always messed up if not missing items. Drive thru service is chosen because of speed. Having me come back in to pick up a missing item defeats that purpose. Please train your staff to read tickets and not waste a customers time. Got here at 8:54 and a car was backing out of line because they were closed, even though their signs and website say nine. I drove up and no response. At 8:55 I went to the door and it was locked and the two females inside looked up and didn't say a word. People have said this Starbucks has rude workers and I never felt that way until now. I like coming here occasionally for a good frap or hot coffee. They service is always professional and courteous, the drinks served in fast paced manner, and the place is always clean! They have a long table in the middle of the coffee shop that has outlets underneath where you can plug in your laptop or phone and it is always full of students and professionals working on an array of things. I like this place cause it is chill and laid back and you can hang out for a nice chunk of time as long as you buy something. I tend to avoid outside by the front window due to local homeless who like to hang out there and beg for change (There's a liquor store around the corner and most of them get it from there). We've stopped at this location many times and it is very "hit or miss" depending on when you go and who's working. I'm not a picky person, but I think a Frappuccino should at least somewhat resemble the pictures Starbucks takes of their drinks. My wife ordered their S'mores Frappuccino and was given it with the Frap about an inch below the top of the cup, and instead of the chocolate syrup being at the bottom, like it should be, it was splashed over the whip at the top. We both found it unacceptable and after a bit of deliberation, pulled back in (we went through the drive-thru) and had them remake it. The remake was good, but the point is, the first product clearly wasn't made right and they gave it to their customer anyway. Starbucks: I get that people make mistakes, but when a mistake happens, toss the drink aside and make a new one, don't just slop it together and hope the customer doesn't notice, because they probably will, even if they don't complain. On the flip side, a week or so prior, they did an amazing job and the Frap we received looked like it was pulled right out of the website. I'm not sure what is the cause for the inconsistency here, but I would advise making double sure that what you are handed is what you should have received and if it's not made properly, have them make it over. I'm glad they honored their remake policy, but I'd prefer for them to get it right the first time. We don't order custom drinks, so if a drink clearly doesn't match up to Starbuck's description, they should not be handing it to a customer. I'd rather wait 30 seconds longer and get what I ordered than go straight the drive-thru and see that I was handed a sloppy mess. I know this location can do better and I hope to see improvement from this experience. I'll try to follow up later since I'm sure we'll return to this location at some point, given it's very convenient for us. read more

I prefer using the drive thru, and their line is always fast and efficient. The few times that they've made mistakes, they are happy to fix. Also, my dog loves to get a "pup cup" I frequent here pretty regularly and they are very well staffed and always greeted with a smiling face. read more

Incredibly horrible service! I was in line and it was raining sideways. I couldn't roll my window down to order at the speaker without soaking the inside of my car and myself. So, I waited to order at the window under the awning! After waiting almost 20 minutes to get to the window, Dee informed me I'd have to come inside or go back through the line to order! I explained to her that in the 2 seconds I had my window down to try and order my car and myself got drenched so I pulled forward and asked her to take my order here. She refused to take my order and informed me I had to go wait in another 20 minute line, I told her I refused to do that! She said "Fine I will call the police on you then!" I am completely appalled by her reaction to not only refuse to take my order but also call the police on me. I have put a call out to the district manager, and crickets!! This is not only the worst service, but the most threatening service I've ever had in my 44 years on earth! I was there today to reward my child for having a good week in school! He is disabled and could not understand why someone would call the police on his mommy because he was a good boy and was getting a treat for being so! Dee does not belong in customer service! And Starbucks, it seems to me you need to better train and weed out the bad eggs. We don't need to waist valuable time if our officers over something that could have been easily resolved by simply doing a job one was hired to do and serve a customer. I am a loyal customer that is frequent to Starbucks as rewards for my children. At $5.00 each for a simple drink, Starbucks, you've lost a very value customer!!! This is literally the worst Starbucks I've ever been to.. if I could give it -5 stars I would. They are constantly closed within their posted store hours. You can place your mobile order 20 minutes before you arrive or 10 minutes before you arrive, either way you are going to wait 10 minutes for your purchase. If you decide to order when you get there you'll also be waiting 10 at least minutes even if there is not one car in the drive thru or one person in the lobby (RARE occasion) And in the case you order ahead be sure to greet the employees when you arrive because they will be too busy talking to one another in their headsets to greet you.. this is also a good way to Initiate the making of the mobile order you placed 15 minutes ago. Oh and before you order food be sure to ask if they are closing anytime soon (remember they don't operate on their posted business hours) because even if they are closing early and the ovens are off the shit head employee will allow you to order food that should be heated and then you'll be stuck with cold food that you're probably gonna just away. If you do decide to go here just keep your expectations suuuuperrr low. read more

The quality coffee and service that is expected at any Starbucks are delivered here daily. Parking is almost non-existent probably because there is very limited seating inside. During our winter (if there is such a thing) and spring, it is nice to use the outdoor seating. Good place for a great cup of joe as a pick me up any time of the day. read more

Went inside for the first time the other night. I have always been a drive through diva myself but I was with a couple friends and just wanted a place to sit. It was cold and crowded for a Friday night. We got there late so I think they were anxious to get ready to close up. Still had about 30 minswhe we arrived and they gave us a 10 minute warning LOL. The coffee was good and its nice to know there are comfy chairs to sit IF you can find room. read more

This location is my regular weekday morning Starbucks. The drive thru is very quick (unless you get caught behind the person that doesn't know what they want), and the people are always friendly. The only complaint is sometimes it takes longer to get your drink with less people inside than the drive thru with many more cars. read more

Thought I'd go to Starbucks to pick up a Frapp, also bought a brownie. Had my Corgi with me and she ask if my dog could have a puppachino, I said, what??? Ahh, sure, not knowing what it was or how much,but I ask and I think it was some sort of whip cream . I've been through the drive thru of this particular Starbucks twice. Both times my orders were spot on. The staff manning the drive thru was super courteous and even upgraded me to a grande when he took "too long". It's difficult for me to find a coffee shop that makes my drink just right, but they surpassed my expectations. My only complaint is the tiny parking lot, but that's unlikely to change. read more
