I've tried to get a drink from this place 2 times before this but the line is always wrapped around the building so I know they are doing something right. I was really interested in trying their energy drinks so that is why I kept trying. I opted for the Aftershock Rebel. I ended up getting one for my bf and Sis too. We all loved it. We got the lemonade as a base and added Strawberry Boba. Next time I will try the sugar-free options. Can't wait to see what those are about. The service was friendly. This was my second time at Dutch Bros and I enjoyed this visit a lot more of than my first. My first visit I got a latte, but the drink tasted just like milk and didn't have any espresso or coffee flavor. After talking to the girl in the drive-thru she suggested I get a double shot over the type of milk or sweetener that I want -- so that's exactly what I did! I got 3 shots of espresso over cream and their birthday milk sweetener and it was perfect. My drink came out to only $4.37 cents which is such a steal. I didn't realize that their milk alternatives are the same price so next time I will exchange for oat milk. read more

Today we tried a horchata strawberry concoction the internet suggested. It's strawberry foam with cream and a protein milk base. They put cinnamon on top for a perfect blend. It tastes so good and it's not on the regular menu so you have to ask for it. But the baristas who take your order are pretty knowledgeable about drinks that used to exist or how to blend a concoction simply suggested on the internet. The barista was friendly and walked me through the order and how to redeem the free drink from the app. She also offered a tip on flavors for the next time I ordered a Nitro Cold Brew since this time I ordered it black. Not much later, the drink was handed to me, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The Dutch Bros Coffee brand is known for their sugary and caffeinated drinks and are pretty popular out West. I am happy, however, for this coffee chain because they deliver a fantastic cold brew. On a follow-up visit, my friend from Portland and I took the drive-thru. I will say the actual drive through part of this little coffee spot is sooo confusing but the coffee here is actually pretty good. Ordered an American eagle? I believe and it was 6.43$ and quite big. Now I will say when I saw how light it was I was slightly concerned but it actually was good and tasted like coffee and a good amount of creamer and caramel. This was my first visit to a Dutch Bros ever and I think I'm obsessed. I got the app and apparently your first drink is free! I also happened to snag a free cozy as well. I tried an iced sugar free Golden Eagle with almond milk and it was a 10/10. It was sweet- but not obnoxiously sweet. The next time I'll ask for less ice though. Went to Dutch bros for the first time in Colorado and it was amazing. This was our first time trying it in Florida since they started popping up around here and we were kinda disappointed. We ordered two different things but both drinks tasted almost the same and the flavoring was very light. We waited for over 15 minutes in the drive through and this was on a Saturday afternoon (not a morning rush or anything like that). Stopped by on Saturday and had such a good experience! This spot just opened near me so I had to give it a try. The line looked long at first but it moved fast since they had people outside taking orders. I got the Cocomo with a soft top and it was delicious. The coconut and chocolate milk combo was so good, and that soft top? Fluffy, sweet, and totally worth it. They had Queen playing outside too which made the whole vibe even better. It took us about 5 minutes to get through the drive through line. There is no inside to sit, the location is very small with just a drive through line. OK guys here's the deal. We're from Arizona where Dutch Brothers is way more popular and there's a lot more locations. We were so surprised to see how slow this particular location is. Dutch Brothers is known for its excellent customer service , speed, and great workers. This Altamonte Springs DB has not reached its potential yet. In our experience it's an average of 20 minutes to get a coffee! The lines are pretty long, but it is just not flowing well. Dutch corporate needs to come out and do a re-training at this location. Love the coffee though. We keep coming back in hopes of things getting better!!! Come on crew!! Get it together & live up the the Dutch Bros legacy!!! read more

Painfully slow drive through and pickup window. Picking up in the drive through on a Wednesday afternoon should not take 30 minutes. Also, when you pull up to the window after being stuck in the drive through for that long, maybe make sure your employees aren't complaining about how busy it is.
