Clean interior, friendly and efficient staff. Be prepared to wait a few minutes because they are always super busy!

This is a very busy Starbucks. It's the only one in town so if you want Starbucks it's where you, and everyone else, end up. Staff is very nice and working as fast as possible. It's not the fastest Starbucks in the world so be prepared to wait a few minutes. The staff works very efficiently and at one point I counted 8 staff members racing around. The store is very clean. I've been here every other day of my vacation! Prices a bit higher than I'm used to. Please stop adding a surcharge for nondairy milk!

Disappointed regarding Starbucks recent "Pop up Party" promotion. The promotion advertised 1000 Washington State locations that would offer a free drink between 1 p.m. in 2 p.m. .The locations were said to change daily until the end of the year. That's a pretty cool promotion! I was excited to learn that the one and only location in Chelan was on the list for the actual day I was in town, so we stopped by. Albeit a little early, I thought I'd ask about it anyway. It was obvious I caught the barista by surprise. She hadn't heard of the pop-up party promotion, the free drinks, etc. (We were in the drive through) After a few seconds she came back and said over the speaker that they weren't participating at this location. Once we got to the window I pulled out my phone and showed her the Starbucks website with the promotion and their store listed as a participant. She told me the closest location for that promotion would be in Spokane and Seattle. That's a 3 hour drive to either location. The manager was not on site. The barista was friendly and professional so I have nothing bad to say about her. The problem I see, is in the lack of communication between corporate and the actual store employees. If you're going to offer a nationwide promotion then communicate that with your stores and honor it.

Hours are wrong - like most businesses in this sleepy town. They close at 8pm on the weekend. Bummer!

Ordered online and app said 3-7 minute wait time.....58 MINUTES later received my drink. Horrible service, rude baristas, never apologized.

So we took all the remaining ones they had, and all were a hit that we wished we were able to try the others. We also got the quiches and believe the quiche shells are still a little raw and meant to be baked more upon order or at home. Since we took the items home, we reheated it there. As far as service, the woman was really nice. She felt bad that there weren't more items left but it's not her fault! We didn't mind. All in all, a great little spot to check out!

It was sickeningly sweet and was far too light (too much milk). I moved to an iced green tea, but it was quite watery. We ordered two burritos, a chorizo and a sausage one. Sausage was fine, chorizo had some sort of rice or cornmeal in it and was very crumbly and dry. I can't remember the last time I returned food, but took both the burrito and latte back. My husband's quad shot vanilla latte was also very subpar. Stick with the baked goods and you won't regret the visit! Stray from that path and you'll find disappointment.

The favorite hands down was the breakfast sandwich. The Asiago bagel was super soft and fluffy. Other great options are the Rick's gutbuster, the frittata, and the biscuits and gravy. We got the lemon blueberry ricotta pancake which was ok (would love more lemon flavor and ricotta fluff) but can't complain for $5 a dish! We also got to sample some biscotti which was very tasty. Mocha and juice was great too Service was excellent!! Donna was super attentive and the kids had pages to color. Highly recommend 5 stars and up! We will be back

It might not be the fanciest place, but it has a warm, welcoming, and super clean atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. Plus, everyone here was incredibly friendly. The value you get for the price is unbeatable--our meal was exactly $15! I ordered the Breakfast Bake, which came with a fluffy frittata, roasted potatoes, and a side of fresh fruit. The frittata was packed with feta cheese, making it wonderfully savory, rich, and creamy. It was so much better than the brunch we had at another spot the day before! My friend ordered the Gutbuster, which was a hearty, delicious scramble-style dish. Looking around, it seemed like a lot of other tables were ordering pancakes or bagels as sides, which looked amazing too. Definitely stop by this cafe for a perfect, budget-friendly brunch during your trip!

Lake Chelan doesn't have much in terms of high-quality vegetarian or plant-based gourmet options, but Bear Foods was a massively delightful surprise! The store is absolutely PACKED with things that I wanted to look at and take home. I was impressed with how many things they stocked that were items I've only seen online and never seen sold in stored. We took a super long time through the coffee and tea isle and ultimately took a few boxes and tins home with us because their selection was so good. Their cheeses and gourmet snacks area was well stocked, and I could see how some of the vacationing non-locals could keep a business like this afloat even with their considerable prices. I really wanted to go back, but we were in the area for a wedding and our timeline just didn't allow it to happen. Otherwise, I probably would have brought home a lot more of their amazing goodies! Only downside for me was that during our time there, there was a mask mandate, and not a single person working there was masked. I thought that was an odd thing to have despite the state's requirements and especially because they were a grocery store and having significant contact with patrons. Other than that, it was a really positive experience and I would absolutely return.
