Went in just to get coffee beans. All of their bags of beans are piled in a cardboard box on the floor! Also had a very limited selection of flavors, not any of the normal main stream beans. Very sad. Young lady behind the counter had no clue and didn't offer to look anywhere for the exact labor I came in for.

Usually my experience here is great but the last two times I've gone I have been given a half full drink. It's not the employees , they are great but the manager tells them to fill my pink drink half way to "not waste product". We go here all the time but that manager just last a customer. I ordered through the app in the a.m. and even though it's been five minutes since I ordered they always have my order ready if they don't, they're super nice about it and move it up. There's a particular young lady that makes my coffee and I wish I knew her name but she does an amazing job and makes my coffee taste amazing. Sometimes she's blonde or sometimes has fun colored hair and wears glasses. Thank you for making my coffee amazing

I do enjoy stopping at a Starbucks on a road trip! This location was perfectly pleasant and good. A very decently foamed and yummy triple grande wet capp. Two of the usual customer bathrooms, nice baristas, not at all crowded--plenty of seats and parking. Wish I could stay longer! read more

I love this Starbucks. The baristas are so welcoming and kind. The vibe is chill. The music is not crazy loud, like it is in lots of place. This is one of the few places in town I come to with a smile on my face. The staff is ALWAYS kind and amazing. Feels like they truly want to see you. Very rare to get that kind of service anywhere. There is often a wait but because the service is so great I honestly don't mind. read more

Worst Starbucks in DFW! They take forever to order your drink and make it. They always make you wait so they can continue gossiping with their co workers and then take your order. Always a minimum of 15 minutes to wait in the drive through with or without cars in it. At least silence the head set so I can't hear you talking when you just told me you'd be right with me. Sucks that this Starbucks is basically all you get around Johnson county. read more

I really enjoy coming to this store. The baristas are super nice and helpful! They learn your face and name, welcome you in the store by name, and sometimes have your order already pulled up! (At least in my case... Maybe not every time ) They always get my order right, and I feel good every time I leave the store with my cold coffee. read more

This Starbucks is one of the worst I've been to. They are painfully slow. The drive thru line is always incredibly long because when you go to order they make you wait for a few minutes before taking your order. THEN the order isn't right. How are there so many people working here but yet it's this SLOW! read more

I've only been through the drive-thru and had no real issues. Line wasn't too long and I received my order in a timely manner. Barista was ok, not great, not horrid. I've had friendlier service at other locations, but like I mentioned it wasn't horrid. I'll go there again. read more

The dining room is separated from the bar area. It has 10' side walls and open, high ceilings. There's a couple of TVs in the dining room and a couple of ceiling fans. There's HVAC vents hanging down and there are 2 mini splits. It's nearly 100F outside and it's comfortable enough (not real cool) in here. Our server, Penelope, was quite pleasant. She was able to answer our food questions and give us recommendations. They use handheld order taking devices. I like that. I had a Shiner Boch to start and my wife had a Margarita rocks - no salt. Both drinks came out lightning fast. My beer was nice and cold and her margarita was real tasty and not too sweet. For dinner, I ordered the smaller order of Fried Catfish with a side. I had Tots. The fish filet was large, thin-battered, crispy and hot. The tots side was huge, crispy, hot and tasty. A great fried food meal. Took some of it home too. My wife ordered the Street Tacos. She was able to eat 2 of the 3 and she enjoyed them. Their homemade salsa was good and it had some heat to it. We brought her 3rd taco home. Pricing was fair. Service was great and fast. Starbucks is really good on the other hand it's expensive but they have really good service their bathrooms are clean and the building is clean they don't have very long lines well in the drive-through they do but the range from the lines inside are like 2 to 3 people it takes about 10 minutes to get done with them and get their orders done so yeah it's pretty good place I don't go there every day because it's sad it's expensive but it's really good read more
