I am not a huge Starbucks fan, but do like them for their consistency. I used to go uptown for Iron Bank coffee just because it was local and "cool" but this Starbucks is honestly much better. The service is fast and friendly and the drinks are good. I also LOVE the outside patio. I like to work on homework out there because I can have my dogs just hang out with me - this is an extra plus when it's raining. Overall, this is one of the best Starbucks I have been to and I recommend you try it out on a lazy afternoon! read more

I waited for 20 minutes on a slow day for 1 of the two drinks I ordered. They made one, and I waited forever for them to hand me the other. Apparently they made it, but had no idea exactly what happened to it. Never once did they ask if I was waiting on something. And when I finally asked when the drink would be ready, they never apologized or really cared that they 'misplaced' it. Just disappointed. :/ read more

Just, no. Every time I have been to this location my drinks have been watery. And when I've complained and they remade my drinks they were still watery and the baristas argues with me until I got a refund. Now I go to the Starbucks on Veterans Pkwy at least 3 times a week and my order is perfect. read more

Worst Starbucks service I have ever encountered. I ordered a Venti Latte. The cup was placed on the counter. The lid was not placed securely. When I lifted the cup the lid popped off, spilling hot coffee on my hand and on the counter. All of the servers behind the counter completely ignored me. They cleaned the mess on the counter and left me with a burned hand and a half filled cup of coffee. I demanded to see the supervisor. He took his sweet time coming out of the back office. It took even longer for me to get my money back. Avoid this Starbucks unless you enjoy getting coffee spilled on you and terrible service. read more

the last few times I've been to this location, the line has taken longer than 15 min, and today, the line was shorter than normal. However, they got my order entirely wrong, and weren't very much help in fixing it. I told them that it was wrong, and they only fixed one of my two drinks. If I'm going to pay $5 or $6 for drinks and drive out of my way to support this location, I expect to see better service. I'll be going to the one on Veteran's or Manchester from now on. read more

This is my favorite Starbucks in the area. Not only is it convenient to my work, but I feel like it's more spacious than the other Starbucks in Columbus. It's not at all cramped and tight like most coffee shops tend to feel. The baristas are always so friendly and greet you more personally, not like you're just another customer. read more

Never going to this Starbucks again after today. I ordered a grande caramel frappuccino and took a sip after I drove off - it was extremely unsweet and bitter tasting so I turned around and went back to the window. I explained to them the problem and they said I could order something else. I told them I wanted the same thing, just made right this time. The guy at the window then proceeded to tell me that it was made right the first time when it clearly wasn't. I was given another drink & this time it was so drenched in caramel syrup it was not even drinkable. Definitely will not be going to this Starbucks ever again. read more

I went to this Starbucks everyday before work. I was never super impressed but never blown away by horrible customer service until now. I forgot to tell the barista I had a free drink on my mobile app. She scolded me, telling me I needed to tell her before she scanned my phone. I said "okay..." and handed my phone back to her. She scanned it again and handed me my drink. Before I could say thank you, she slammed the window shut on me with a complete attitude and turned away from me. I called and spoke with the district manager, I was so disappointed, as I didn't want this experience to ruin my Starbucks addiction, but the district manager was worse. He did not care, he was busy doing other things while speaking to me. You could tell he has given up on caring about customer service because that's not Starbucks goal anymore. Making money is clearly the only goal. I haven't been back to that Starbucks and I'm seriously considering banning Starbucks all together. read more

Horrible service. I've been going to this location almost every day for close to a month now for me and my sister and every single time without fail there's always something wrong with my order or they are rude without fail. I tend to get tea lemonades every now and then and they NEVER shake them. Every one I've gotten has not been shaken and has had practically no ice and I get trentas so that's saying something. I worked at Starbucks for close to 3 years in Washington state so I know how things should be done and they do not do things right at this store. I've had multiple encounters where they walked away without fully finishing my order, I've had them talk about me over the headsets while at the drive thru window, I've had them get snappy at me when I ask for straws or a bag. I've also double checked a drink at the window and had the girl lie to me and hand me a messed up drink. I've been here so often that it's not just one person either, it's almost all of their employees that are just not friendly and aren't doing their jobs correctly at all. I'm at the point where I'll drive further to get better service than this store gives. read more

I will NEVER visit this location again if I can avoid it. First of all, the bathrooms were disgusting (out of toilet paper and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a week). The seating area in this location is the best in town, but so not worth the god awful service you will receive. I have never received good service at this location, but I didn't care because it was so convenient, and I just needed a caffeine fix; however, this last time was my final straw with Bradley Park Starbucks. I went in around 3 in the afternoon, and I stood at the counter waiting for several minutes while the baristas who seemed to be working the bar and the drive thru area stood their talking to each other without acknowledging me, and then finally someone walked from the back to take my order. The person who took my order wrote my cup wrong, which I could have easily forgiven as an honest mistake. Except when I asked for my drink to be remade because I asked for a caramel macchiato, not a white mocha, she proceeded to argue with me that I had ordered and paid for a white mocha. I showed her my receipt, which said caramel macchiato, and she responded by saying whatever and walking away. It took them almost 10 minutes to remake my drink, even though they were not busy at all. Do NOT waste your time at this location. The ones on Veterans and Manchester are SO much friendlier, and definitely worth driving a mile or two out of the way. read more
