This Starbucks is my main establishment to go to! I been to several and always had to leave / not go no more because of customer service or my drink wasn't properly made. I drive from CV to this place because of the joy one particular person brings to in everyone's day. (Kaylee Ray) not sure if I spelled correctly. She works window from drive thru and she never disappoints from greeting you right away to serving you, your drink with a bright smile and a ta, la la la ending. She definitely brings the joy to this place. From my experience here, food has always been served warm when I receive it and my drink (OatMilk B.Sugar Shaken E.) & (Ice Matcha w/ oatmilk & vanilla foam) has been served perfect! (Right amount of coffee, and syrup!) & matcha mixed very well! not everywhere do they mix it correctly, you do notice! Establishment has been clean inside and out when I have visited, which is almost every day. I'm not sure why this Starbucks is so lowly rated. The coffee is always hot and the baristas consistently friendly. Inside it's spacious enough to accommodate a few people. It also has plenty of electrical outlets. Perhaps, people are slamming them for the difficulty in getting in and out. I am a Starbucks super fan! I've been a weekly Starbucks consumer for years. I have a collection of Starbucks mugs and cups and have always loved everything Starbucks. But today you have lost a customer. I will never give Starbucks another dime. I can NOT BELIEVE what a mess this Crosby Starbucks is. It's ALWAYS something. They forget my stuff, I pay for items I don't receive, but I always try to give the benefit of the doubt and make excuses. Well today, I am done. I just had to drop my husband and oldest son at the airport 2 days after Christmas and literally cried the entire way home. Covid has made it so he has to travel for work and leave me and the kids here while he makes money to feed us. But the lobby being closed is something I should have been told when I told the barista at the drive thru I would come in to correct the drink she messed up. But instead she said "ok" then let me walk in and be yelled at to "get out". I thought my Carmel ribbon Frappuccino would improve my mood and help me to feel better from a broken heart. Instead I'm hopping mad, disappointed and determined to never spend a dime there again. I ordered a large order and the line was all the way out to the street. I waited patiently for probably close to 45 mins. I ordered 3 venti Carmel ribbons, a venti strawberry and cream Frappuccino, a tall Carmel frap and 3 cake pops. I get up to the window to pay and she hands me a strawberry frap, and a drink carrier with 4 drinks. I said there should be another Carmel ribbon. She says "no ma'am there's only two.." so strike one, instead of saying I'm sorry ma'am we must have misheard or whatever she tells me I'm wrong... then I said "ok... well... I guess I could just park and come in.." she says "ok". Instead of saying our lobbies closed ma'am, can I just take your order and we can run it out to you.. or something to that effect right?! No instead she says ok. I park and walk up and then the lady at the counter (I've had several run ins with this lady, I do not know her name, but I wish I did. She is very rude all the time. Constantly messes up my stuff then acts like I'm the problem. One day, she had forgotten to give me my cake pop and then flat said "well are you sure you paid for it" I was like what the heck?! You took the order 2 mins ago and there was only one other customer. It wasn't like you were super busy and couldn't remember what happened) starts very rudely and very loudly yelling at me "MA'AM YOU CAN NOT BE IN HERE!! OUR LOBBY IS CLOSED YOU NEED TO GET OUT!!" I said well my order was messed up what do I do? She says go back through the drive thru... like I'm gonna just spend ANOTHER 45mins in the drive thru. Hell no. I drove away and the whole way home got more and more angry. I just spent 45 mins & $30 in Starbucks buying coffee and treats for literally everyone but myself and I'm the one who was trying to cheer up. I'm angry and I'm hurt and I'm bummed out. I am disappointed and I really think this location not only needs some real help with their attitudes, but they need to be retrained on the coffee recipes. They are always different drinks even tho I order the same thing. It's never consistent. They do have some awesome employees there that I would love to mention but I have no idea who's names are what because I never see name tags either. There's a dark haired girl who works the drive thru that had helped me with trying new drinks and tells me how to order it. There's a young guy who has long blonde hair and beard he ALWAYS went above and beyond although I haven't seen him in a bit. There's a young girl that has kinda longer light brown/ dirty blonde hair that wears glasses. She is so sweet and always tries to correct what's wrong and calls me by my name when she talks to me. But the lady with the short blonde hair she typically wears a black hat and she is so rude. I just feel like if you don't want to be in customer service go get a different job. Starbucks should be a place to go and feel happy, especially for the prices. There's absolutely no reason for her to be treating people that way. I get it if you're having a bad day but this is all the time. I don't typically write reviews. But I am so angry and I think something should be done for sure. So I would not recommend Starbucks.
