While traveling from Florida to Tennessee, I stopped at this Starbucks for coffee and snacks. Unbeknownst to me, my car keys fell out of my pocket during my visit. After returning home and realizing they were missing, I contacted the store and was relieved to learn the manager had secured them and offered to send them to me. I stop in for hours on end five days a week. This particular Starbucks is my home away from home. This one has been consistently good for the last two years I've been coming. The staff here is always extra friendly, and I have maybe had two drinks that were not spot on in the two years I've been coming. In every situation where the drink has been off, they have immediately offered to remake my drink. Preston, Sid, David, Estelle, and Storm in particular always go out of their way to make sure they say hello to me and make me feel like part of the crew. I've lived in or visited 40 of the contiguous 48 and I have never ever met a better crew at a Starbucks. While the store is usually a tad colder than I would like, the patio seating is always as clean as outdoor seating can be. The store doesn't really struggle with intrusive sunlight, and the bathrooms are clean 99% of the time. read more

This Starbucks is known for cutting off online orders. I've also seen them put everything on the app out of stock and their explanation when I showed up was they were short staffed. Seen both of these on two different occasions. We are here now and they have decided to shut the lobby down due to "shortNow every time someone wants to leave she has to stop and let them in and out. They have four people! I've seen other Starbucks run on 3 and have everything wide open! This management team needs to be questioned! Part of the problem is drivethru is standing there not helping with a thing and manager is stocking stuff. So yes, two people can't run both drivethru and lobby. Still waiting 32 minutes. read more

This location is about a five minute drive off the interstate, so it's still relatively convenient for travelers. The store was well staffed, and everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive. Both the drive thru and inside is open, with carry out being the only option if you go inside. For some reason, this location wasn't showing in the app when I tried to mobile order. Not sure if that was intentional or if it was a glitch. Because of the overwhelming friendliness of the staff alone, it was a 5-star experience. read more

This is my first review on Yelp but the service was so frustratingly rude that I just wanted to let other Starbuck customers know. It was just myself and one other customer, a couple cars in drive-thru so def not busy. I stood directly in front of the barista while she chatted with her co-worker for what felt like several minutes then finally turned to me to take my order. It was just two tall Pikes..easy peasy I would think. Then I proceeded to wait again while she fulfilled mobile orders that came in...usually if it is just coffee they will hand it right to the customer. This was a first for me....I ordered my usual soy chai iced and my husband ordered his medium roast. The order was repeated back and we said-ok but heard the word "shot". I thought he said shot of soy ... lol. Also-it seemed about $3 more. We got our drinks right away and mine looked a litter darker then usual and one sip was -wow-that shot must have been expresso or something. Being a non-coffee drinker it was like tasting ... I'm not sure what ... but undrinkable for me. So we went back thru the drive thru to get the chai tea redone. Starbucks replaces my drink for free-but not really because I paid extra for the shot of espresso. But, in essence it was my fault for saying "ok" when the order was repeated back instead of questioning the "shot". We stayed in Cullman AL and this Starbucks is a little out of the way but the closest to start the morning off. It is about 9 miles away from our hotel. read more
