This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I have had at a Starbucks. Not one person made eye contact with me or my brother when we entered and stood in front of the counter, had a lengthy conversation while we waited for service help only to find someone getting helped at the other register where a line had formed. I spoke up about how we had been waiting we were helped but as we waited for our drinks we watched all the people in that line get their drinks before us. That's not hospitality. read more

This is my second review. We have been sitting in the drive through for approximately 10 minutes plus. Yeah... the drive through and it isn't busy at all! Over heard the employee tell the car in front of us that they no longer sell bananas with a long dragged out explanation as of why. Nine times out of ten when I come here on my way home they are out of something and its usually the drink I want which is either the Nitro or Strawberry Acai. I will just have to drive out of my way I guess. Oh... my first review mentioned the night club volume of hip hope music. Well, Christmas Eve we came by and it was even louder than in the past, and I was served a severely burnt coffee drink. It was undrinkable. This place does not shy away on any sugar involved in any drinks. I ordered my typical caramel macchiatto, but this thing was covered/drenched/weighted with caramel syrup. It was so sweet that I could barely drink it, but I did because I didn't want to waste it. My wife decided to step outside of her usual and she ordered the new Green Tea Macha Latte. It was impossible for her to choke down her drink because they put so much macha in it that it became an extremely thick and grainy concoction. I tried drinking it as well, but I couldn't get past the rather chewable texture. You could tell that they had just over-done the mixtures. Worst cold brew cascara cold foam ever! First of all fills the Cup with ice when it's already brewed cold I have never seen anybody put that much ice in a cold brew. Then proceeds to add water to it before pouring the cold brew in and convinces me that this is how it's done I said I have never seen it done this way. I like strong coffee and then she did the cold foam and just put foam on it was not cascara at all so disappointing I wish you guys could all get your act together on how you make cold brew drinks! Then to boot there was so much garbage in all three of the garbage cans that there was no room for any additional garbage. I do a mobile order... black ice tea.. pretty simple. I wanted a chocolate chip cookie but app said they don't carry the cookies. Arrive at store... music is loud and can't hear the barista tell me they are out of black tea. She wants me to choose something g different. I want a refund. If I could give half a star a would. Worst customer service I've ever received at any restaurant or Starbucks. The staff was unbelievably rude. They messed up my order I paid in cash and asked for a refund. They had horrible attitudes and said they couldn't give me my money back. They gave me a gift card instead for the inconvenience. I was frustrated not bc they didn't give me my lousy $4 back but because they were horribly rude from when they took my order to when I arrived at their window. I will never go back to this one. I hate to leave a bad review for anything. Placed mobile order 7:15am. Estimated pick up 7:27am. I showed up on time to find everyone had been kicked out of the cafe and only drive-thru was available. I knocked as I could see my order, but the girl inside motioned for me to go around in the long drive thru line. 7:46 finally picked up my mobile order: Close to 20 minutes after I arrived, and 30 minutes after I placed the order. Iced americano was just extremely watered down espresso at that point: The ice was nonexistent. On the plus side, my kids' food wasn't piping hot to burn them: it was just a little warm. I could see the employees were struggling, so I feel for them. Management needs to hire more staff, train in efficiency/problem solving, ask corporate for help, or find ways to shut off/add notes to mobile ordering so people know not to waste 20 minutes of their morning waiting for a drink that is already made. I would have gladly ordered elsewhere had I known they were having staffing issues that early in the morning. read more

Why would I ever eat or drink here again?! Our blonde barista in a black long sleeved VS PINK brand shirt who is working on 9/21/18 @ 6:30 am is coughing, sneezing and literally wiping her runny nose on the sleeve of her shirt all while steaming milk, preparing drinks and even touching guests lidded cups to hand them out!! Dear God WOMAN, just go get a Kleenex!!!! This is revolting beyond words. I have been coming to this Starbucks (6691 Tower Rd.) several times a week for about 3 weeks now. It is... absolute shit. Zero leadership. Zero management. Zero initiative by employees. This location seems to take a long time to help someone at a register. It also seems to take a long time to get your drink/order. From what I have seen they seem well staffed, but only two people are actually helping customers or making drinks. Employees are on their phones, or walking around (doing something productive... maybe?) or obviously not being productive. For example, today (12/26/19) I saw one employee showing a video on their cell phone to another employee while they were trying to take drive though orders. If it wasn't busy, then whatever... but there was a single other employee making drinks and obviously overworked. Me and the other people standing around waiting for their order are looking at what is going on and are like, "WTF? Why is that dude sharing YouTube videos and not helping the bar?". Similar scenes are not uncommon at this location. Employees don't seem to want to work at this location... The store itself is disgusting. Trash cans (all of them) are more often than not too full to put garbage in. They are literally overflowing with trash! Moreover, trash and dirt are all over the ground. On top of that, every table, and I mean every table, is consistently dirty. I have been coming to this store frequently the past 3 weeks, and after a few visits I made a game of trying to find a clean table when I walk in. It hasn't happened since I started looking; every table has been dirty. I am again going to mention the trash on the ground. Firstly, people shouldn't be throwing their trash on the ground, but at the same time, I don't understand how this Starbucks location lets that garbage accumulate. There is trash everywhere! Perhaps if the trash cans were emptied more than they currently are there would be less trash on the ground... This Starbucks is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I've never had a bad experience with Starbucks, they've always been so kind and have great customer service but this one in particular was a terrible experience overall. Not only was the service horrendous but the drinks were way too sweet and were not made correctly. After we tasted our drinks and noticed how extremely sweet they were I decided to come back to get the drinks replaced or get a refund. I knew they were closing so I was going to ask if I could possible get it remade or get a refund the next day. When I came in to try to explain, I couldn't even get the first sentence out as the lady immediately started talking over me to say they were closed. Every sentence I tried to say she just kept raising her voice higher and saying they were closed and didn't seem to care at all about anything else. Charbucks. If a $6 cup of bitter is your thing then this is your spot. One day I stopped by to do some work and every table was dirty even though the place was just about empty. However, the staff was standing around chatting with one another. One other thing that is frustrating is that they often have the same gal who barely speaks English taking orders at the register.
