It's frustrating to pay an upcharge for non-dairy milk and then not receive it, so I hope more care can be taken with orders like this. The food menu is vegetarian (no meat served) The noise level was perfect, indoor seating is plentiful (no outdoor seating), and parking is plentiful in the lot in front. They started cleaning around me even though it's advertised as a 24/7 spot, and I was literally the only person there. It just felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. On top of that, they even charged me for water, which caught me off guard. Overall, the vibe didn't feel very welcoming. Maybe I just caught them at a weird time, but between the service and how rushed I felt to leave, it wasn't a great experience.
