Great location and the staff has always been so friendly and kind. One thing I appreciate about this location specifically if the team knows what customer service is. They are quick to jump outside on a tablet when the line gets too long but also quick to bring your drink out if it's finished. Why wait? They make sure it's quick and easy. I've been to this location a handful of times and I don't have names but there is a Latino guy working there and he was the best! Walked me through the menu and asked questions to determine what I might like. This was my first visit here so it was helpful! My most recent visit there was a female with reddish hair shoulder length and she had so much trouble understanding what the Picture Perfect drink was; I was confused why she was asking me questions I've never been asked before when ordering this drink. Yesterday I went to Dutch bros and they accidentally made my drink wrong. I asked them if they could remake it and they did but they had also told me I could keep the other drink because they couldn't take it back. Not even two seconds later another worker told me to give her the drink back and in the background you can hear someone say "I love remakes" sarcastically. I love dutch bros so I was super excited to see this location open up right by where I work, making for convenient coffee runs! They have two drive through lanes but this location can be easy to drive past as it's a stand alone coffee stand on Colfax and the entrance isn't super obvious. Dutch Bros is a coffee stand from Grants Pass, Oregon and is a massive favorite of most people I know (including me!) from my time living the Pacific Northwest. Service is as fast as it possibly could be, given the long lines in the drive through but the staff is always friendly and upbeat. Generally i have a good experience, and the prices are pretty good. $5 even for a 24oz latte with oat milk is hard to beat! They have all the traditional drinks but also smoothies, blended coffee, rebel energy drinks and a whole host of flavors on their full menu online. Be sure to check that out before you come! Because of this massive menu, my go to order is a cherry blossom latte (white chocolate cherry flavor) and it never disappoints. I should come by more often.... read more

The Barista who took our order was so Kind despite getting yelled at by someone who clearly needed more than just coffee, bro needed therapy and a dentist visit as I could smell his hot breath from my car. This location, if it continues as is, will give Dutch Bros a bad name. The gal taking our order doesn't know coffee, and didn't know how many ounces co-ordinates with their small medium and large. The vehicle that pulled up behind us, got to go ahead of us. We ordered 5 drinks. 3 hot, 2 cold. The hot drinks were not marked and the broista didn't tell us which was which as he was handing them to us, they were out of drink carriers, and we had to ask for straws for the two cold drinks. They handed us 5 straws. ‍ Corporate needs a quality control person to come visit. We won't be returning. read more

I just feel that the drinks are done fast and efficiently so that you can enjoy something on what ever day you stop by. The Baristas also will be have a smile on their faces and just attend very friendly I just like that whenever if the lane is going a bit slow a least a barista comes out to attend you so when you get to the window they have your drink ready to go. Went in there the morning June 25th, ordered two drink one of them being a frosted passion fruit lemonade and they forgot the strawberry topping. No big deal, just went to the walk up window to have them put it on. The gal who approached, dark straight hair two braids, didn't get her name but when I told her they forgot the strawberry she immediately had attitude and said "well I didn't make it" I wasn't even upset, she seemed more bothered by it than me. I just wanted her to put the topping on so she grabs the drink and throw it into the skink all aggressively and throws it away. What a waste! It Just needed topping added. Then handed it to me rude and walks away. Really shocked by the rudeness, especially because I wasn't even upset. Definitely not the way I want to start my morning. I may visit this one again but if they make a mistake I'll just deal with it, not worth getting the attitude. read more

Dutch bros is a great coffee company. The personable baristas always make my family and friends feel welcome. They have many flavor options my son enjoys his grape lemonade light ice extra sweet. My daughter goes through phases but her favorite thing to do is ask for them to surprise her. Right now I like a cinnamon infused white chocolate hazelnut with cinnamon sprinkle on top. But when I want to try something new I look online or asked for a surprise. I actually go to several different Dutch Bro. locations and get coffee but the one on Colfax is the closest location to my house. Doing a 3 weeks road trip a crossed the country so we stopped here randomly just to get our coffee. There drinks were SO GOOD and I always got good vibes from the workers here. They are SO NICE AND KIND. After knowing that we are a big fans of the Dutch Bros, they gave us 2 free mugs as a gift.. It's literally made my bf so happy.
