They've already rolled out the holiday cups. Went for the free veteran's day coffee but they had no idea about the promotion which was a little strange since it was advertised like they were participating company wide, but they honored it anyway. Staff seemed pretty friendly and upbeat for a midweek late morning. Went through the drive thru and barely had to wait. Our drinks and food were ready so quickly! Staff was fast and efficient. They were out of matcha powder so I did have to switch up my order. My boyfriend had the iced cafe mocha and I had the iced cinnamon dolce latte. Both were quality made drinks as they tasted correct. Many other Starbucks make theirs bitter but this location did it perfectly! We also had the bacon, sausage, egg wrap and it was definitely heated up as it was scorching. Now I am not sure what their management is doing about this consistent issue, but it should be addressed immediately. I wanted a coffee, well because I'm a coffeeholic and it's time for my afternoon fix. When there is a pot brewing the smell wafts to my nose, and gently says get up, and start your day & it tastes good. Nice and warm, just black no added foo foo to make it sweeter or creamier. Driving around in 90 degree heat, I wanted to try a local coffee shop not the expensive cookie cutter kind that is now all over the world, but that is exactly where I ended up, and it's crowded with a long long line going through the drive thru. One thing Starbucks has going for it is, it IS consistent. Same items, same flavors, same basic layout, same, same. The only thing that sets one Starbucks from another is the customer service. So I knew what I was getting into when I came rolling my car in here, even though I don't like their extremely strong house coffee. I got one today. Pretty uneventful other than having to endure the heat waiting in the drive thru line. read more

A very nice location with an outdoor patio and lots of seating space inside. The staff were decent and our order was prepared quickly. Stay away from this location: Stopped by this morning thru the drive through and the order taker did a great job. But the person who prepared my order did a horrible job, gave me the opposite of what i ordered. Called the location and the manager by the name Raine, had me on hold for ever until the call dropped, then when i called back she was not very friendly at all. I wasn't calling for a free coffee! This Starbucks is extremely SLOW. At any time of the day or any day of the week an order takes 20 mins in-store which is ridiculous. The drive thru is a nightmare, there could be maybe 4-5 cars in the line and that could translate to a wait of at least 30-35 mins. One time I had no choice but to go through the drive thru because I had my toddler napping in the car, and I pre-ordered on the mobile app. The wait was so long that after 30 mins I had to leave the line and leave my food and drink paid for. I don't know if they're understaffed or if the staff needs more training, but I'm done wasting my time at this Starbucks. read more

That says, they seriously need to update the food selection which feels like I'm eating at the airport and absolutely nothing like the stellar foods available at theyre Starbucks Reserve locations. I don't expect the full Reserve experience but the gap has gotten too large. Still it's a regular go to in a pinch for decent coffee. read more

I waited 18 minutes to order on the drive thru and 15 to get my order. it's Saturday and I was not in a rush, but I will not return to this Starbucks any time soon. This is one of my preferred Starbucks locations. The parking lot is shared among businesses including Graziano's, but the drive thru more than makes up for any loss of parking here. There's no need to get out of the car. The drive thru line has plenty of space to wrap around the back of these businesses. It's very convenient to get in and out and the line moves fairly quickly. The baristas have been friendly in my experience and they've also been consistent with my orders. Excellent location. read more

I love this Starbucks for many reasons. First, the location. I love that it's located near the turnpike, so you can grab your coffee or tea on the way. Second, the staff. The staff is so nice and go above their call especially Justin. We met Justin when they first opened the shop and he has been consistently amazing. Our kids always want to say hi to him!
