I really enjoyed the iced coffee from here. The food on the other hand is alright. For the iced coffee, I got the iced latte with hazelnut, and it was the right mix of coffee and sweet. As for food, I ordered the prosciutto sandwich. It was good but not the best sandwich I ate especially for the price. I would be interested to try their desserts or pastries. The place is super cute. However, it does get packed. I went on a Saturday afternoon (around 12), and it was hard to find a table. I ended up sitting right near the bathrooms. They also have outdoor seating, but it was hot outside. The staff was kind and helpful. Parking is not free. However, if you park in the garage, you can validate your parking ticket, and you just pay a $5 fee for parking. No signature flavor, no twist, nothing that made me think wow I need to come back for this. My coworker got the Avocado Toast Breakfast and they didn't send the eggs. On DoorDash you are required to choose an egg style. I've been coming to Crema Gourmet for years, so this visit was especially disappointing. Meagan was the only person who smiled and offered genuinely pleasant service, and I truly appreciate her for that. Unfortunately, there now seems to be a real disconnect in how service is handled overall. I asked for my order to be served warm, and was told that this was standard practice. It was not warm. I asked for it to be heated again, after 2 consecutive servings, and it still came back cold. When I pointed out that it still wasn't warm, Anna (the server) insisted that it was. She had a noticeably nasty dismissive attitude, unaware of the contents on the menu, slammed the plate down, and turned away. When Artney later returned with the "warmer" item, he did the same--put it down abruptly and walked off. Anna seemed extremely annoyed that I had an issue with their lack of attention to a very basic request. When I asked for her name, she simply turned and walked away; I eventually had to ask Meagan for it. Throughout the visit, items were dropped at the table quickly, with no engagement, no eye contact, and no effort whatsoever to check whether everything was okay. Budget to pay $5 for parking if you park at the parking lot nearby (if you validate your ticket, otherwise it'll be $30). Crema has a menu with a variety of delicious food, coffee and pastry items. It has a great diverse vibe, friendly staff and amazing weather! We ordered a salmon salad and oat milk latte. I frequent this place in Davie, but this is my first time at this location. It's much smaller than I expected and the tables are very close together. On a busy day I don't think it would be much fun looking for seating. The food runners had to move chairs out of the way to get to and from the tables as well. We sat by the door and because of that we had little gnats we were fighting with around our food and drinks, so learn from me, don't sit by the door. The food took a while to get to us but arrived looking good. The avo toast- bread was a little hard, maybe from over toasting, but the flavors were good. Not many greens but I made it work. The poke bowl looked fresh but it was on a plate, so it made it more of a salad. Smoothie and coffee were good, no complaints on that. All in all I'd say 3 stars is fair. Plenty of healthy options and refreshments. I think I'll stick to the Davie location though! read more

Met a friend here for coffee today. The place was pretty quiet on a Monday evening. It's pretty spacious with lots of seating inside and out. The decor is ultra cool with neon signs and lots of lights. They have a decent amount of desserts for sale, but we were there for just beverages, iced tea and cappuccino, both around $6 a piece. It was perfectly toasted and tasted delicious. I really wanted to try the roasted potatoes side dish, but surprisingly they ran out. I tried the carrot cake and it a little to moist and densely packed for my taste. I prefer a nuts through my carrot cake rather. than sparingly.
