Longest wait in drive through at 5:45 am. Only two cars in front of us and it took 20 mins to get two drinks. Then they ask for a tip...we sat there and watched them make other peoples drinks at the window until they decided to come over and give us ours. Poorly managed. Won't return. There was a lid in my coffee. It looked like it had strawberry purée or something on it. It definitely wasn't even from my drink. The coffee didn't taste very good. I'm not sure if that was because of the lid and whatever was on it or if it would have been bad anyways. Very disappointed in the level of sanitation here. read more

This Starbucks location on Camp Creek seems compressed. Not enough sitting area in the inside. It's like 10 parking spots, it really is first come first serve here SMH. The biggest drawback is the wait time. On multiple occasions it will take 20-30 minutes to place and get an order completed. The breaking point for me was Saturday afternoon. Drive through line was around the building but walk in was quick and friendly. Looked clean and well staffed.

So after waiting in the drive thru for over 35 mins we got up to the order thing and the girl inside never asked us what we wanted. We honked the horn several times and she finally signaled to us that they were closed. I could believe that they found have at least came out and told all of us in the line that they were closing. There was at least 10 more cars behind us that were going to be turned away as well. That was totally unprofessional and upsetting. I actually waited until the next day and went in and spoke with a manager that explained that due to some situations that occurred that they are not allowed to send anyone outside to close the line due to customer's getting angry. To me it's only right than to have someone wait for so long and then just close while customers are waiting with no warning. Please be respectful to us as customers!! read more

This might be the worst Starbucks ever. It's Saturday night and I needed a cold brew to stay awake for some plans later. Something told me to wait until I got close to home, but it was right there so what the hell. Note to self: listen to your gut next time!! I'm keeping hope alive that the long wait and slow service will improve over time. Today I timed the drive-through with 6 cars ahead of me and it was 14 minutes! That is a record for this location. The last time I was stuck in line with 4 cars ahead for 29 minutes and a less than cordial barista. Yes, it is so bad that I time my wait EVERY time I go to this Starbucks. And based upon the informal data collection, they have improved since this time last year. I pass this Starbucks 4 days a week, therefore it is important to me that they improve. Word of advice: opt for drive thru for slightly better CS or visit the location inside of Target across the street. Horrible and very rude and when I asked for a shift manager I was told I couldn't talk to anyone cause the manager was on vacation. I received a coffee in a dirty cup, dripping with coffee and very rude young girl rolling her eyes. I will never go to this Starbucks again and the service is a disgrace to the starbucks name!!! Came here to get some work done. They were heavily staffed and busy. This is one of the busiest locations because it is one of few Starbucks locations in this area, a predominantly black community off of Camp Creek Parkway. I have been here a few times and the line is usually wrapped around the building. Plus, there is hugely popular sports bar in the same vicinity and patrons try to use the Starbucks parking to go there. BEWARE: they will boot you! So today is the typical busy environment but Ive been standing in line to order for 5 minutes and no one has come to take orders. Being in a predominantly black area should not mean bad service nor that there are not patrons of other races. There was a white lady in front of me. I am very observation and I could read her thoughts on the service. There was a girl training I guess because she was reading a manual instead of assisting the growing line. Another worker, who appeared to be the manager, was not wearing her apron and checking items in another book. The trainer girl asked her what else she could teach her today. This started a conversation with them in front of the register with NO ONE ASSISTING US!. We are just standing there. Orders are still being called. The drive-thru is still moving along. And customers are seated. I was lucky enough to get a table. I could see the lady in front of me that she should train her on how to assist customers. We do come first, you know. I had to do it. I spoke up. I said, "Excuse me" to the manager out of uniform and asked was anyone going to assist us. The lady in front of me stormed out of line saying, "This is ridiculous. Ive been standing here for 5 minutes...." That's when MIRRA, I had to get her name came to the register and apologized. She said she had to get orders, take orders and restock. I told her that was not her fault, but the managers. The manager should have someone dedicated to the register, period. You have 2 open stations and no one man-ing either one while there are 5+ people in line. Plus, the manager is out here to see it and ignoring us while she updates the books, RIGHT IN FRONT OF US! Which of us comes first sweetheart? I don't want to get anyone in trouble but this should not happen again. MIRRA, saved this review from being 1 star. She took my name. Checked their inventory to make sure they had what I ordered and then expedited it to me, personally. Gotta love that. She saved me, with her apron on. This is not the first time I received expired food packets and rude service from this Starbucks. I had gone through the drive-through, so I went inside to return the October 2017 expired packets. The woman behind the counter took them from me and walked away. I heard her tell the other workers "these are expired, you all" and then she returned to me to tell me to my disbelief "your packets aren't expired." She said "these are from March 2018." I told her that was not what I had given her, that mine were from October 2017. She went on to argue with me and slapped some more packets on the counter. I placed my order and had a seat, I waited for 10 minutes and then the cashier came by and I asked her if my drink was ordered and she replied yes and then told the barista to make my drink. 12-15 minutes later I got my coffee. A young woman named Sandy wouldn't take the time to tell me they didn't have the drink I had already paid for! As opposed to doing so, she instructed her staff to ignore my order as if I weren't present. I hate to give 1 star because the employees were really nice. However after sitting in a drive thru for 30 minutes....that doesn't even matter. Their drive thru is set up to where you can't pull out once you're in line....it took me 5 minutes to order and 20 minutes to actually get to the window. Once I got to the window they took my money and THEN told me it'd be a few more minutes, which turned into another 5-7 minutes!! All I ordered was a Tall white hot chocolate, so imagine the look on my face when I still had to wait. Then they didn't say sorry for the wait, nothing.
