I had a BOGO on a Thursday. It's only from 12 to 6. I am rushing like crazy to get there after work in a ton of traffic. Get to the SLOW drive-thru and by 5:57 p.m., I am good to order. I ask, "I am good for the BOGO, right?" Girl says, "No, because by the time you get to the register, it'll be past 6 p.m. and the code won't go through." Really? I am clearly within the window and no grace period? Starbucks needs to correct this. So no coffee and you can't get around in the tight drive-thru lane so I had to wait until everyone got coffee to leave! Unbelievable nonsense! read more

Stupid high school kid (male) should be fired. Gave me a cappuccino where the lid did not close at all and I could've really hurt myself also cup was broken and was why lid didn't close. Very disappointed in the service here and they need to make sure that their employees take a little extra care for something that could have resulted is a substantial law suit! Indoor seating shut down forever? Was indoor seating shut permanently due to Covid? Was it shut down to meet the demands of the insane drive-thru customers? Sad. Sad. Sad. This was one of the best Starbucks I've ever been to as far as indoor and outdoor seating due to hours and huge tables. Now it's all being thrown away for what? I'm sure the owners have some kind of reasonable explanation but from what I can see it's because of the insane drive-thru customers who want "more more more" and "faster faster faster". Drive thru should not = coffee. I repeat, this style coffee industry was and always had been partially a sit down experience with friends. Even when it's not it's a communal experience with others. It's sad it has come to this. Even when I worked in Brooklyn 15 years ago with some hard working immigrants, who I loved, coffee was an experienced we all shared! We would all split the coffee tab and make it together!!! Starbucks sadly transformed into the new MCdonalds. They should have stood their ground and kept the indoor seating open, cough cough, but gr$$d!!. Starbucks drive-through can make double or triple what other stores make!!!! During the pandemic my best friend took his life. One thing he constantly complained about was not being able to go to Starbucks. No joke. He had a newspaper article written about him, in NJ. He was a computer programmer who at one point was making half a million a year. Than things slowly spiraled, pre-pandemic and he was stuck inside all day. Before the pandemic part of HIS SOLACE was to take the bus to Starbucks in Princeton and work along side others. I know the feeling. Being around people matters. The reason this style coffee shop industry rocketed was on the back of the communal coffee shop experience with peaceful cool chill modern music, accepting employees, and reclaimed wooden tables along with other innovations. It was not because of drive through. That was stolen from the hyper capitalists a la McDonalds. It's disrespectful to the industry and the millions of customers who want to sit down for an hour to work on their laptops to move away from this. Some coffee shops like La Colombe, in Philly, don't even allow WiFi!!! They understand. They are also very successful despite this. Anyway.....another one bites the dust due to Covid? Only the owners know. My opinions is that this location made Easton tolerable for computer tech people, entrepreneurs, and college, high school kids needing a break from isolated home life. Now we will have to drive to Bethlehem in the evening if we need to work! Don't try Barnes and Nobles they have shortly timed seating and it get's very stressful. JUST SAD. read more

The past 3 times I've gone there they've been out of lemonade. And this past time they were also out of caramel drizzle and 2 percent milk. They could do whole milk but how are you out of all of that!? Also a lot of the time the coffee and drinks here are made badly or incorrectly. This is probably the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I come here quite often and I routinely wait over 10 minutes to get my coffee. Today I waited 20 minutes in the drive-through line for my coffee and when I got to the window it hadn't even been made yet, they said oops sorry he didn't make that yet, he forgot to put it through. So if I would've gotten my coffee I would've probably been there for 25 minutes so I took my money back and left. I think a lot of people stop coming to this Starbucks because if they're in a hurry they know that it's impossible to get anything here in under 10 minutes. read more

My wife's favorite Starbucks location. The drinks are always made perfectly and the seating is large and comfortable.

Starbucks are pretty standard with a few exceptions. This one has friendly service, they don't run out of things often, and they make my drink consistently and correctly. The thing that bothers me about Starbucks that in general do most things right, is the order in which people receive service. I cannot stand when I watch people walk in, order, and receive their drinks before I did when I placed a mobile order before I even left my apartment. I understand that it is challenging to field all the orders, particularly at a location offers a drive-through in addition to in-store and mobile service. It does not mean I won't go here again, but if there's even a chance and I might not receive my drink and get to work on time, I will just skip this luxury. read more

Most ridiculous excuse for a coffee shop. I order two coffee, a medium decaf and a cinnamon mocha latte. Paid the 5.04 gave my name and sat down and talked to my friend. 15 minutes later I realized we never got our coffee. I asked the lady who took the order and she was like a deer in the headlights. Wha did you order? It never came "thru". She was the one taking the orders and filling the cups! I told here two more times and end up with a cinnamon decaf and my friend got something else he didn't order either. Ah! Another Starbucks! Well this one has a drive-thru so I'll give them a star for that (since it's still rare for coffee shops). Secondly the staff here are nice and neighborly, there are two bathrooms, large amount of parking. What isn't cool is the draft by the door. The seating is right next to the cold air vacuum of the entrance in which new customers trigger a whirlwind of cold air. In the summer this Starbucks would be much more enjoyable (they have outdoor too), though still 3 stars as the bar is so high for Starbucks in the first place. Just spent 9 minutes in the drive thru for a cool lime refresher and ended up leaving with lemonade with limes in it. I worked at a Starbucks and it isn't that difficult. There is no messing that up. Sad. Definitely going to be visiting a Starbucks closer to me for a while. read more

I would like to start this review off by rating this particular Starbucks location a 4/5. It lost a star for two main reasons. The first being they did not ask for our names when we ordered, which felt slightly less personal, and is something that many people look forward to when visiting a Starbucks franchise. But also by not asking our names, things could become chaotic if there are too many patrons with the same or similar orders. Second, the drinks took a tad bit longer than most similar establishments, which may be a result of the experimental drive thru feature that is in a limited number of Starbucks shops. With that being said, I do however appreciate that the drive thru is a feature offered at this specific location. Sometimes drive thrus are more convenient to customers if they are on the go or do not want to park, get out, walk in, etc. Another reason I enjoyed this particular location, is that this location is just a short drive from my office which makes it a convenient stop for me and my co worker on our much needed lunch break. From the moment we stepped through the door, we knew we were going to receive the reliable beverages that Starbucks provides. Instead of taking my normal ice water, my co worker convinced me to try the iced green tea (in a tall size as a trial of course). What a life changing moment! From this moment on, I have enjoyed many more iced green tea beverages in the grande size, and plan to have many more in the future. My co worker got a venti iced caramel macchiato which she has had many times before. She said this specific hand crafted beverage was great, she enjoyed it and raved about how the shot of espresso was able to help her get through the last few hours of work. All in all, we had a great experience, and would definitely return on our next lunch break if it weren't for the inevitable car troubles we've had. For now, we will have to stick to new Starbucks in walking distance. read more

In the past couple weeks, I have been treated with attitude for asking simple questions and I have also been told by the employees, that the people working inside don't know anything about allergens. I have a nut allergy and I wanted to order the Guava Lemonade drink. I asked the cashier if they had coconut milk in the drink and he said he didn't know. I asked if anyone else knew about the allergy information because it's understandable to me that a cashier might not be trained in barista. He asked and when he came back to me he told me that if I were him and were allergic to nuts, I shouldn't order it. So I said to him "Oh, so there are actually nut products in it?" And he said no one knew for sure. How can that be? Legally in PA, you are REQUIRED to have an allergen book telling you EXACTLY what is in every product you sell. I ordered the drink AFTER I looked up the ingredients MYSELF through their website. Even then, the website said it couldn't be guaranteed that the drink wouldn't come into contact with other ingredients that may cause allergies. That's fine. I can understand that. But if you work in the café, have an allergen book that you are LEGALLY required to have and don't look up if there is coconut milk inside the drink, you are lazy. If you sell a product to a customer without looking up the ingredients and just blindly give an answer, that employee can be held accountable for whatever happens to that customer if they have an allergy and asked you what was in your product. read more

I drove out of my way before work to grab a coffee here. I purchased my usual iced french vanilla latte which has always consisted of hazelnut and vanilla. I'm not sure if there's a new person today or what but I could not bring myself to drink the $5 waste.
