Great coffee and fast service as well as friendly staff. One of my favorite locations.

I frequent this Starbucks because it's a place to work when I need to get away from the in-laws place when we visit Erie. 8/10 times they make the drinks incorrectly. There has GOT to be more quality assurance training at this location! The service is somewhat friendly, though. This last time I worked on a Saturday morning where two of the baristas were just yelling their drama all across the cafe about an employee who didn't show up to work that day. I ordered a iced chai latte. It tasted like pumpkin. I called back and told them that it tasted like pumpkin that was not my order. She quickly hang up on me and she said good. She didn't say anything. It was really disrespectful for her to just hang up on me and not tell me anything. read more

12th Pittsburgh ave Erie pa. I not stopping there anymore. They can't read a simple label on a cup. Extra shot of expresso and an extra shot of chestnut praline. ROOM at the top! . They have screwed up so many drinks. THIS time I jumped through all the hoops to get a stinking 10.00 refund. From a billion dollar company.. first call toll free Be grilled my a customer service representative. Then send a clear snap shot of the complete receipt. Top to bottom. I have been a Starbucks fiend for years. I love the blonde roast because it is less acidic on my stomach. I also like it with a healthy amount of half and half to give it a Carmel color. But Starbucks no longer allows you to doctor your own coffee. I have to wait and wait and ask and ask for more half and half. I asked them for the amount to begin with. They gave me half of what I asked for. Ugh!! why go in? I am using instant at home to get a better cup without the drama. Christmas was early this year. I was given the gift of disappointment. I came to the coffee house expecting a coffee made of freshly stomped beans. NO STOMPING SEEN! Sizes were WRONG!! Long drive through line so it took a while to get your drinks but the staff was all nice and friendly. Inside was clean. Coffee was fine and tasted like the normal Starbucks. read more

This is my favorite Starbucks in the Erie area. Fast service and they always make the Frappuccino's better then other locations. They also don't mind doing custom creations for frappes. Also get the strawberry açaí lemonade refresher and their lemonade is actually cold unlike other locations in Erie where it's on the warm side. read more

Went through the drive through and had the WORST experience! Condescending staff- it was terrible. I understand working in service can have challenges, but don't treat customers like garbage! If you can't handle the interactions, find a different job. The quality of Starbucks has gone way down, but they had at least maintained standards for their employees- but apparently that's not the case with this location. read more

went through the drive thru on Saturday morning 5/13 and the guy working wanted me to handle the dirty filthy credit card machine the who knows how many people before me had handled. I told him I didn't want to touch it and he said he couldn't give me my order if I did not. Guy had a really crappy attitude and should not be in a customer facing position. read more

I ordered via the app and was in and out in seconds, which was great. Unfortunately, they failed to get my order right even though they charged me for my customization. This is the first bad order I've had at Starbucks in years, so it's extra disappointing. read more

I am addicted to coffee and Starbucks is one of my favorites. The 51 drive thru location is my favorite since I do not have to get out of the car with my kids just to get my afternoon pick me up. The employees are always so pleasant over the speaker without being an annoying over pleasant\fake. This is also the last location that I do not feel has raised their prices like crazy. I also frequent target waterfront and their indoor Starbucks has definitely raised their prices. read more

You had to see that the cup was smashed when you made the coffee and there is no way that you would have missed that when you tried to put the lid on and realized it would not seal! But did you take the extra 10 seconds to get me a decent cup, NO! Coffee spilled all over the place! read more

OMG. I absolutely love Starbucks. I always get a Trenti Caramel Cappuccino with skim milk and whip cream. One thing i dislike is the slow line. But everything else is great. Employees are great. And my daughters love the Frappes and pink drinks. It is my favorite coffee in Erie. The cake pops and breakfast sandwiches are bussin bussin. read more

Went through the drive thru, order a pumpkin spice latte, stated driving down the road and took a sip and spit it out. It was not a pumpkin spice latte - I have no idea what is was. Also, the cup was only 1/2 full. read more

It's alright I recently started drinking coffee and I went to Starbucks and I really enjoyed it but after a couple of months of getting it I wasn't really liking their ice coffees because they were on ans off sometimes they were good other times it was a disappointment but when it does come out good the taste is very good. read more

This is the worse Starbucks in Erie. They consistently make drinks incorrectly. I've come to expect anything I order from this location to be made wrong which is disappointing because this location is the closest one to my house and work. I don't order complicated drinks either just a green tea lemonade with less sweetener or an iced caramel macchiato with an extra shot and they get those wrong. I can't imagine this location making anything more complicated correctly as they can barely get a slight modification correct. If you have the option go to any other Starbucks location than this one. read more

Despicable behavior displayed by employee at 530 in the morning today was both uncalled for and as unprofessional as possible!! Get your facts straight before you yell at a person for moving your stupid green cone blocking the drive thru entrance at the very least make sure your night shift puts it in the middle next time so people can't DRIVE AROUND IT!! WILL NOT BE BACK ANYTIME SOON! Ridiculous and if you want to be all nasty to people first thing in the morning at least have the guts to stay at the window not yell and walk away!! The service at this Starbucks is the worst in the area. They get drinks wrong and their attitude is not the best. Never apologize when they screw up your order(and they do it often). This is Starbucks is very close to my job and I really like Starbucks products. What they probably need is a change in management. When there is good mgmt, you have good service. read more
