I visited this cute cafe on a whim while visiting Erie and was pleased with my experience. There was a bit of a wait to order but the cashier was pleasant. I have been to this place several times now, and I love it! Delicious coffee especially after grabbing the Crepes next door, you get 10% discount for yummy treats from Tipsy beans. I usually get hot latte, but recently discovered that their "Candy heart" smoothie (mixed fruits) is also delicious, not overly artificially sweet as some other places made it. They offer variety of bakery from Quiches, muffins, to cupcakes and cookies. The staffs are nice and the location is perfect for just a little get together, coffee break or to study. read more

Saw this on Undercover Billionaire. Erie is my home town and I had an apartment a few doors away when I was young, so when we got the chance to return recently we just had to stop in. We both had Cappuccinos, my wife also had a lavender biscotti, and I had a Little Suzie. My wife is a Starbucks addict and declared the cappuccino better than that franchise! She really liked the cookie. I'm not a big coffee/cookie fan so it's all the same to me, though I believe in this place the $ goes a bit further. Was nice to see the store apparently succeeding. This all white drink is a matcha latte. Tastes like a really expensive cup of whole milk. Every once in a while I get an unmixed clump of matcha up the straw but otherwise the matcha is non detectable. I didn't have time to go back and complain so I'm stuck w this really not delicious beverage. The woman who made it was super nice and there was no line. So maybe just go order something else there? My mother in law and I stopped here on our journey back home and it was the perfect stop! We got pumpkin spice lattes and they were divine! Not too sweet and the the right amount of spice! The baristas were friendly and welcoming and chatted with us about the shop as they made our drinks. It was a great atmosphere. They suggested we sit out back and I'm so glad they did. There is a quaint little patio in a garden with bistro tables. It was a nice break from being in the car for a couple hours. It's a great little are to sit and chat and relax! We took the desserts to go as we'd had our fill from the night before. Even a couple days later the cupcakes were to die for. We got red velvet and bourbon cream. I definitely recommend checking out the baked goods here because they were moist and the icings were spot on. Complete with beautiful decorated Christmas tree and with huge Peanuts chalk drawing on wall for the season. We got a hot chocolate and a yummy stuffed chocolate chip cookie. Excellent coffee stop. We're from the PNW, just in Erie for a family visit. In Oregon we are loaded with indy coffee shops. Along with microbrews, it's kinda our thing. The Tipsy Bean serves an excellent brew. I have rarely tasted one as good. They offer many dairy alternatives. The quiche was excellent. We certainly hope to stop again before we fly home. read more

A cute oasis inErie. My wife and I wanted some coffee before we headed out of town. The interior is nicely done and the coffee was good, albeit a little on the weak side for my liking. We did not have any bakery but they did have a good variety available from bagels to little cakes to mini quiches. An absolute gem! Drinks-I chose a packet of Raspberry Tea, and the Barista asked if I would I like that iced. I hadn't even thought of that! I said Yes, please! The tea steeped while we chose our pastries. My husband ordered the house Cold Brew, and loved it! From there, we created our own delicious little brunch, choosing to share: a homemade Spinach quiche (awesome!), a Dill & Swiss bagel and their fresh-baked Crumb Cake. There was so much to choose from, but you can't get it all, so we will definitely be returning! We enjoyed our brunch inside the cafe, but there is a sweet little herb garden outdoors that we may like for next time. Oh, and the staff was super-friendly, lots of HAPPY, positive energy. This is my wife and I's new favorite coffee spot in town. The coffee is delicious, well priced and the owner truly cares about her business. We have also been here at night to try the cocktails and they are all amazing. There are board games to play, live music. It is a very welcoming establishment to the area and a breathe of fresh air. I am a very big fan of the cold brew and my wife loves to try the new creations listed on the specials. It is definitely the best coffee spot we have found in Erie. read more
