I don't know where to start here. We waited in line for FORTY MINUTES at 6pm on a Saturday. All I wanted was the new strawberry funnel cake frap and an unicorn cake pop. After the 40 min wait we finally pulled up to the menu board to order. There were no signs or emissions indicating anything was wrong. I ordered the strawberry funnelcake frap and I hear "oh we can't make that here" followed by some mumbling. Let me tell you, on the multiple signs they had with menu items, they all had the frap pictured and listed, and it was the ONLY reason I waited so long. They could have qt least marked it out or put a sign over the listing to indicate to customers they don't have it like many other starbucks with decent customer service so us consumers don't waste our time. My boyfriend ordered his drink and then we asked for an unicorn cake pop She said she only had unicorn and chocolate so we reiterated unicorn. Fast forward 10 minutes to us getting to the window. That's right, we've been in line FIFTY 5 0 minutes at this point and can't even get the main item we went there for. We pull up to the window and get told they no longer have the unicorn cake pop, just the chocolate, after listing the unicorn as one of the 2 they have. Almost an hour of waiting and I don't get a single item I wanted. Starbucks, please get yourself together. Put a sign out if you run out of something and don't offer an item that you no longer have. read more

So this is probably 10th millionth time that I have been to this particular location. It's pretty convenient when I need to get gas and coffee. I've also worked for several hours on my laptop at this location. For the most part it's quiet and the smell of coffee is soothing. Nevertheless, today was the first time I truly felt no love or welcome from the Starbucks crew. Today, my wife needed gas and I always want coffee. I put in a mobile order while she pumped and she drove me by to pick it up. Upon entering this establishment, I was not greeted and literally stood there for about a good 5 minutes before being spoken to. At that point, I still did not get a hello it was, "mobile order?". I responded with a yes, the barista hands me one drink and turns around to grab the rest of my order. That was it. No "thank you" or "enjoy". I even had to ask for a hot sleeve for my HOT vanilla latte. One thing for sure, drive thru was on fire and they were being greeted so kudos for them there. Unfortunately, I today I chose to take some steps and go in today. Sad choice for me. Hopefully today, was just an off day. I wish this location well. Happy Yelping! read more

Super slow drive through!!! Like wtf are y'all doing in there. They really need to get it together.

I went there for the first time to get a coffee and do some studying, I went around 8p on a Saturday. There wasn't anything exceptional about my visit. I went in and was greeted in less than 1 minute and my order was taken from a gentleman who had decent service. He was quick but it did kind of feel that that his main objective was to get my order fast rather than provide me a great experience. I ordered a blonde macchiato and a bread and did He ask if I wanted my drink hot and bread warmed, which I did. When I left he thanked me. The chairs are not comfortable. read more

The Drive thru is PAINFULLY SLOW. 55 minutes to get my coffee. Come on Forest hill. Extremely dissatisfied!

It took us 40 minutes to go through the drive-thru on a Sunday afternoon with a mobile order. I'm glad we weren't in a hurry.

Please give the people who work at the window/drive-thru a break from their headset from time to time. Sometimes their customer service is low grade ( no where near Chick fil-a). I hate paying $6 for a medium cup of coffee off of someone with an attitude. That and they don't have enough common sense to hand you a frappacino without caramel dripping all over it on the outside of the cup!?!?! $6 coffee.... read more

Very busy Starbucks with a Drive Thru. I came inside and asked for a Skinny Caramel Frappuccino in Tall. I did not get a receipt and waiting pretty long time. The girl thought she was doing me a favor by making me a Grande Size with whipped cream. I guess for most people this is great, but I specifically wanted a Skinny Tall for a reason. I just took the drink because they were too busy for me to complain and have another one made. I did end up staying inside once they slowed down. No one cleaned up the tables and there were alot of flies around. read more

I have been frequenting this location, now on the south side of the freeway, for about 5 years. The manager, Joe, is an old hat in the coffee biz and knows his business. The employees are younger and I have rotated through a few but Joe gets them spun up pretty quickly. I enjoy messing with them when they are not too busy and they take it in good charm. It reminds me of my old Coffee Haus days, if you remember that brand you are a lover of the bean. Now, I'm not big on Starbucks coffee and most other locations serve the beverages as homogenized as corporate dictates. But, this location has no problem customizing to YOUR taste and preference. Some of us that are regulars don't even have to order. We walk in and the crew starts working on it. By the time you get to pay you may already be sipping your brew or blended nectar of greatness. That makes it feel less corporate and more like a neighborhood business! Make your way by here and get to know them and you too will find yourself taking a little more time enjoying the day. read more

We got coffee at a Starbucks in a target because we were traveling. The coffee tasted watered down and weak so my husband complained and got a new cup. The new cup was just as weak. We stopped at this Starbucks a few miles down the road because we wanted caffein for the long drive. The manager here replaced the coffee from the other Starbucks no charge. The coffee is up to the Starbucks standard we are accustomed to. Thank You. read more

Store is clean and convenient, right off the interstate. Of course you have to endure the burnt Star-bucks coffee, or do what I do, and get something else. Food items aren't exactly freshly made, but they never are. In a pinch, this place is good, but I'd get my coffee at McDonalds or some La Madeline (wish they were as ubiquitous as Starbucks). read more

very disappointed with my service today. i go to this location EVERYDAY, since i work across the street. normally i am greeted in a friendly manner, and treated very well.. this morning was a different story. the barista was literally YELLING at me because i placed a mobile order while i was waiting in the long line. i order a complex drink that is hard to say, so i'd rather order it in the app , and it saves us both time since i was just sitting in line.. there was no need to yell at me. starbucks usually helps me start my day out great, but today the barista made me feel little, and upset.. very disappointed. read more

Coffee was good as always. Their current anniversary blend is awesome. Staff was friendly and accommodated my requests. They are however, missing a lot of the stuff to put in the coffeeand the self service area was dirty. Overall, it was comfortable to study. read more

I rarely frequent Starbucks. The experience today was overall positive. I ordered drinks and food for my staff and the lady taking my order was patient and efficient. I was in and out within 5 minutes. Also I was surprised there was no line at 1pm on a weekday. read more

Kind of disappointing to pull up to the drive- through and see an employee standing outside the back door spitting and then smoking a cigarette. Maybe they should consider an enclosed area so the public doesn't have to watch this? Or give the employees some other place to take a break to spit and smoke? read more

This Starbucks was a very bad experience the employees cant hear you thru the drive thru. Ask if i was cover mouth while speaking and it was the traffic from the freeway. I had to pull out of drive thru and go inside Starbucks and I made a complaint about the male drive thru employee with long locks being very rude at drive thru window. Okay I don't know much about coffee , except I want it in my face cave in the morning . I order and the woman was looking at me like I was stupid , you know what I mean , put it in a cup so I can go about my day . As I'm waiting ,there was a young cashier leaving , she does the customary "goodbye" to her work mates , and then leaves....in less than 10 seconds walks back in and proceeds to talk poorly about one of the customers in the drive through that they've had a problem with before...Yeah I believe in giving a heads up..but I wouldn't go so far as to announce to the whole room and have other baristas engage in the conversation .
