Love this location of Dutch Bros! Yes there is a long line, but it always moves quickly! The staff is so friendly and helpful! Drinks have never had a mistake and are always filled to the top for the best value! Also appreciate the multiple exits from the drive thru area so it's easy to get back on the highway or into the shopping plaza. read more

If you're like me and order the nitro cans just get off to order at the walk up window because you'll be waiting for a while. I come after 8am most days. We finally tried Dutch Bros Coffee and I ordered the Carmelizer, which was very good. We also ordered some other refreshers with tropical fruit on top, which were very good i hear as well. We ordered at the window and it seemed to take just about the same time to order there compared to the drive thru. The employee at the window was nice and got our order correct. There is a lot of room for the drive thru with people outside to take your order. Great and convenient place to get your morning coffee or afternoon pick me up. Go check it out! read more

I went here for the first time to grab a coffee and give it a try. I ordered an iced salted Carmel chai at 4:45 at the walk up window. It took over 20 mins to receive a drink that's probably already pre-made just served over ice. The guy in front of me waited just as long and he ordered 2 pink teas! Went to Dutch Bros Coffee this morning to order a nitro cold brew. They asked me what size and I told them the largest size they had, which is 32 ounces and light on the ice. They brought it out to me with about 20 ounces of coffee and a lot of empty space remaining in the cup. I asked what happened and they explained the cold brew comes in cans and if I wanted more I'd have to pay for another can. What in the world?! Why wasn't this explained to me when I was placing my order?! I think this is indicative of lack of proper training and product knowledge of the employees at this location. They should know when a customer orders a 32 oz cup of coffee that we expect 32 ounces of coffee, not just 20 ounces of coffee with a ton of empty space or ice. I didn't want to spend the extra time and frustration with having to process a refund so I left while feeling ripped off. This was absolutely a poor experience and I will not be returning to this location. read more

I love that Dutch Bros opened up a location in Grand Prairie! I'm not really a coffee person. However, I've found a new favorite which is great on hot summer days: Strawberry Pineapple Lemonade! I've tried both iced and blended and both are delicious! I've also had a Dutch Cocoa at another location and am excited to pick one up soon, as we're heading into cooler weather in North Texas. I definitely like the wide variety of drink options that Dutch Bros has to offer. In addition to what I've mentioned above, they also offer energy drinks, sodas, smoothies and shakes. Besides the beverages, the drive thru order takers and Broistas are awesome! They're super friendly and definitely deserve a tip, so make sure you leave one. Also be sure to download the app, so you can earn points! They accumulate pretty quickly and the app also provides other perks, such as a half-birthday half-priced drink, which I recently redeemed. I read up on white coffee and found that it has 50% more caffeine than regular coffee. It did not give me a buzz, however, I don't need the caffeine charge. Suggestion: Don't listen to anyone else's negatives .... Try it for yourself! With everything getting higher and higher I will stick to my Keurig, home brew and enjoy. $14.00 for two drinks is not a daily treat. read more
