At this location, I ordered a simple cold brew with no ice, and they handed it to me with nearly 3 inches of empty space at the top, basically the amount they would've left if there were ice in it. That might not seem like a big deal to some, but when you're just pouring black coffee with no mixers, milk, or syrups, it really feels like they're cutting corners for no reason. You're not asking for extra, just the actual amount of coffee the cup should hold when not filled with ice. When I asked politely if they could just top it off with a bit more coffee to fill the cup, they refused. It wasn't about being out of product or following a specific recipe--it just came off as a refusal to provide basic customer service. It's disappointing because this kind of thing adds up over time, and it just gives off a cheap, penny-pinching vibe that doesn't reflect the experience I'm used to at other Starbucks locations. I get it if this were a complicated drink or something where proportions matter, but this was just a plain pour of coffee. If I'm paying full price, I expect a full cup, ice or not. If you're already on your way off base, you might as well avoid this place altogether. The way the workers act here is unfortunately similar to the culture you see with many civilian workers on base, where it feels like screwing over service members is just business as usual.

The coffee is really tasty and slurpable (had hot and iced drinks, never got a frozen drink though) and if you get a specialty flavored drink, are not overly sweet. On one visit, got the Mediterranean quiche, which is gluten free (all their quiches are crustless!) and it was honestly one of the best quiches I've ever had, even before developing a gluten allergy. Extremely cheesy and flavorful. Very cute, fun, high energy cafe.

She ordered SYR (Slow Your Roll) latte and a muffin (forgot what kind). She enjoyed hers. I ordered Chai latte and a croissant (forgot to take a pix). My chai was great.
