Hours need to be updated. It says they open at 0600 but when i went in there at 0643, I was told they don't open for another 30 minutes. Update the hours in times of high fuel expense and other factors. read more

I really only go to this Starbucks because it is my only choice. The line is always long. I am called 'Hon' and feel like a thief when I try to use my rewards benefits. Going to the Fort Riley PX Starbucks is like work. You go there for the coffee and not the cafe experience or the customer service. Don't come here if you want anything specific. They are always out of a handful of drinks and they won't accommodate the inconvenience. Ex... my wife and I were going to share a drink and they were out of venti cups. We asked if we could pay for a venti drink and just put it in two tall, 12oz cups, venti being 24oz. They wouldn't accommodate the request. read more

Great coffee, I'm not a big fan of Starbucks but this location has given me great coffee and gotten the order right several times:) i didn't give them 5 stars because of customer service. A few girls there really need training on customer service. Being short and rude with a customer so you can talk with a coworker about a guy your hooking up with, isn't a great look for the company. After giving them a chance, time after time, I'm done. Today I stood in line for 15 minutes to pay while my (they made my drink while I waited) drink sat on the counter the entire time. I walked out this time. After being here several time when they don't have the products needed to make drinks, or their deli case is out of order (for like, 2 months), to the horrible customer service, I'm DONE. I always go to this starbucks to me they have the best coffee. This one is way better than the one in junction city. My husband and I absolutely love having a Starbucks close and on base. They always are super fast and have great service.

The ambiance of this Starbucks makes for a great spot to have a delicious cup of a hot flavorful beverage and catch up with friends. It's small and has comfortable seating so a two hour chat seems like nothing. It's a cozy & intimate setting with friendly fast service. read more

This has to be the slowest Starbucks ever. With no one in the store and only one car in the drive through, it still too them a solid 10 minutes to make a Venti Latte. 3 servers behind the counter and all doing anything but making coffee. Ridiculous at best. If the manager would actually work for a change and not sit on the table with other people every time I walk in it might be different. Anyhow, facility is clean just do not expect fast service as it is common to spend 20 minutes in the drive through and during normal business 15 to 20 minutes in the store to get a cup of joe. read more

I have given this place a try multiple times and each time it is the same story. Slowest service around. The staff often acts as if you are bothering them by coming in and ordering. They often don't even acknowledge you when you walk in and you have to wait till they are done talking to coworkers to be served. There needs to be some serious management changes and additional training done for these employees. read more

It drives me nuts that there's no drive-thru. But, it's still a Starbucks and it is way closer than the next one available. For a while, certain employees were making my drink wrong, and when I confronted them about it, they told me they made it "exactly how it was supposed to be made". Unfortunately, I've been drinking the same drink for years and consistently, so while I understand some changes are made - that this was not one of them. They weren't going to make me a new drink correctly until I was half way out the door, and by then I was frustrated enough just to leave. If someone is spending that much money on a drink; the least you can do is make it right or fix the solution. However, that was a new person and haven't had that problem since. Sometimes the younger crews behave a little unprofessionally, but not to the point where it is bothersome. The only real issue is that sometimes the are extremely slow to make drinks. I don't know if it's because they are new, or just not used to the loads of service. Beyond that, I am satisfied with this Starbucks and am very happy it is here on post! I give this place 2 stars as it is the only Starbucks on post. Understaffed and crowded during peak hours. Staff is unfamiliar with utilizing the Starbucks rewards system. Has a very limited in store availability, and they are not yet authorized to redeem birthday rewards. The baristas are somewhat knowledgable about their menu but are not able to provide the best service because of being severely understaffed. It wouldn't be a bad location if they had more workers. The siting area is not cleaned as frequently as it should be. read more

I usually love Starbucks beverages but this is the worst star bucks I go to. Drinks are always a huge mess and always overfilled. The staff is always in a hurry even when the lines are short and most members are just inconsiderate of the customer. I went to Starbucks yesterday afternoon at about 3. I ordered a green iced tea with mango. I was told that mango was discontinued. I didn't bother to ask when because I just got a mango about a month ago. Things can change in a month. So I hand my card to the cashier and she ran my card and didn't bother to ask if I wanted my receipt. She just rang it up and took the receipt out and trashed it. So as I move to the right to get my iced tea, I ended up getting it with lemon since there was no mango, there were fruit flies or gnats swirling around the area where they hand the drinks to you. I looked down and there was cinnamon spilled on the counter. The store wasn't crowded at all. I think that it could have maybe been cleaned up. Anyway, as he puts the top on my drink I'm looking close just to make sure a gnat or fruit fly doesn't get in my drink, he hands it to me and he does tell me to have a nice day. He was dry as hell and seemed a bit sarcastic. As I'm leaving the store I realized that it had a "B" grade. Seriously! How can a Starbucks store have a "B" grade. It must be super nasty in the back. Anyway, I hope that Grade is lifted. And I hope they are more friendly if I do go back, no matter what time of the day it is. read more
