She took my usual drink order and refused to make it the way I ALWAYS have it made at every Starbucks that spans at least 5 different states and various locations. Made our drinks wrong not once, but three times. Then gave us a smaller size. We're not very nice either.

I placed a mobile order at 9:34am and the app said it would be ready at 9:37am. I waited patiently for my order in the lobby. After 5 min, my two sandwiches were placed on the counter. I continued to wait and watch as I thought the worker was mixing my blended drink. I proceeded to wait and it never came. After watching 7 people come in and order at the counter and get their items I asked about mine. After 20 minutes I got my blended drink after having to ask for it. In the time I sat there I watched the workers move ticket stickers back and forth on the wall with no rhyme or reason on how they prepared the orders. I am disgusted with this service. It was 10am before I left the store. read more

This Starbucks had a low rating. Most of the reviews are 6 mos & older. I went with the review from 18 days ago. I think the Starbucks did a great job! When you enter they welcomed you in. The store was clean & packed with locals enjoying a drink & chatting. We ordered a cheese croissant, sausage egg muffin, venti Americana & venti Latte. Our order was processed quickly. The drive thru was moving through quickly, as well. We were pleased with our service, the store & our order. You can take a chance on this Starbucks, it won't disappoint. I'd give 0 stars if possible. My wife and I stop in every weekend when we come to town for groceries etc. since they reopened, we've been 5 or 6 times and each time has been awful. Today we ordered a coffee and a sandwich and after 35 minutes we left with just the coffee. Our sandwich was given away, not once but a second time when it was remade. This was our last time coming here, if we want coffee for our errands we're just going to bring it from home. read more

So, I've been to this location (several times). I never have an issue when I go inside to order, but everyday that I have been going through the drive-thru, I have had a HORRIBLE experience! This is why: long wait time in the line, long wait time to place order, long wait time to pay, and when I receive my order its either not hot enough or melted (obviously dependent on what I ordered). I'm not one to be Goldie Locks, but I am one to WANT what I PAY for. There is a new employee who works the window/takes drive-thru orders during lunch hours. I'm not gonna call him out (he knows who he is). Just some advice, work on your MULTI-TASKING skills! A customer in the drive-thru shouldn't hear "Welcome, please wait." Especially when there is ONLY 2 or 3 cars in the line. I have even left the line while sitting at the speaker waiting for him to say "Sorry for the wait, may I take your order." Please Starbucks....this is an every day thing. It needs to be fixed by replacing who works the window until he/she is proficient or someone gives this kid EXTRA help, mentorship, or arms! Like I said (I go there a lot)--I just keep coming back because of the crack you add to your white chocolate mocha lattes!!! read more

ONE employee can ruin the entire experience. I wish I had caught her name because she deserves to be singled out for terrible customer service (she actually had none). Every single customer she interacted with, including myself, she was rude too. I wish her coworkers that appeared to be tiptoeing around her would confront the manager. I did not want to be a "Karen" but I had to say something and I hope the person I spoke with does let management know as he said he would. I go here nearly every day and the drive thru line is always a wait but if you walk in I believe it's faster. So if you're in a rush walk in because 9/10 there's always a line in the drive thru it will take longer. Other than the waiting times, the staff here are extremely friendly and nice and I believe that makes up for the waiting time. The cleanliness can be better inside. read more

Slooooowest store EVER! I'm not from around here, just passing through on my way home to California, but they need to step up their game! Took me 25 minutes to pick up a mobile order that was placed 5 minutes before arriving. They don't seem to have a system in place...they just make orders as they see fit I guess. There were 3 customers who walked in after me (and the already waiting customers there before me) who ordered at the counter and were served before everyone else who had been waiting. I guess if you ask for your order, they will make it ahead of everyone else's. Not a good representation of Starbucks at all. read more

The staff is so friendly and they work their butts off, sorry you had to wait 20 minutes Karen but they literally had 30 drinks before you. I was so impressed with the staff on my visit it was holiday roll out day and none of them stopped moving while simultaneously being glared at and getting phone calls from jerks and that is impressive, good job everyone!!!! I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. This is one of the finer Starbucks and would refer you to go here instead of the one on base. They have great employees, awesome drinks, and fast service. The employees were so well mannered, it could be great parents or well made managers, but they treated my siblings with the upmost respect. They are also very fun to be around and as I'm sitting making this review they are joking around with their fellow employees and customers. They also dress their best and support Starbucks as well as they can! Their drinks? Where can I start, they are amazing, I've gone to several Starbucks and gotten the same drink but theirs are the best. I know that's vague, but it's my opinion. If you get a chance go to this place! Finally they make the service so fast and reliable, if they get an order for the most complicated drinks they handle it with style. They got us through in less than 10 minutes with a full line. I will miss this place dearly when I depart. read more

Is there a way to give negative stars? We were traveling, and stopped at Starbucks in Junction City. It was 6 pm and the store closed at 9 pm. I ordered a cup of coffee and I was told they were "out of brewed coffee" and were not going to brew another pot. Is that an option? The worst service I have ever experienced from very lazy employees. I went to the truck stop across the street and they were very nice and the coffee was pretty good. The employee at the truck stop said he was not surprised about how I was treated at Starbucks, it was not the first time he had heard complaints about this store. read more

It was a surreal experience. I ordered 2 large iced coffees after waiting in line for 15 minutes. You would think there was a long line in front of me. Nope. The gentlemen behind the counter took a long time to take orders. It probably wouldn't have taken him so long had he not stopped to talk to whom I can only imagine we're off the clock, in plain clothes, employees. One was showing off her baby. Wonderful. But, this isn't the time. Three or four employees were staggering around seemingly aimless. There was zero sense of urgency. The phone rang twice while I was there. The guy working the drive-thru answered it and chatted, leaving the folks in the drive-thru waiting. Appears it was the same person calling, too. How do I know? The guy who took my order turned to ask his colleague who said, "Oh. It was just your daughter, again." Now flash back to the "plain clothes" people. The guy who took my order had a conversation about a baby stroller with them. It appears the stroller is "at the house." Wow. This was a relief to me. I kept wondering while waiting for my iced coffees, 'who has the stroller?'. Glad this case was solved. However, this Starbucks remains a mystery. I go to Starbucks almost everyday and have never suffered through such unprofessional juvenile employees. My advice, avoid this place. Drive to Dunkin Donuts. The only reason it gets two stars is because they made my order correctly and the facilities were well maintained. read more

This is has to be the worst Starbucks in the US. No customer service and slow as molasses.

The coffee tastes horribly burnt but yo it's Starbucks and I'll give them my money anyway. Even their worst cup tastes better than my homemade attempts. And nothing makes me feel more bougie than drinking out of that plastic cup and though I may be lining the landfills, at least they'll look good! And anyway Starbucks stopped using straws so I can feel good about helping the turtles. Anyway back to this location - the line always sucks. I'd skip it and go with order ahead but the parking situation is even more atrocious and they took away the damn pick up bar. Now you have to go to the cash register. If I'm going to order ahead I want as little human interaction as possible. So instead I get in the outrageous drive thru line that takes a millennium to get through and wait for my burnt nasty coffee after being told they don't have half of what I try and order and I'm usually just as miserable as when I arrived and life can go on. But today did it. They messed up my order. Because of a heart condition and being pregnant I can only have decaf and they made my iced latte with caffeinated coffee and I didn't realize it till I was halfway home and my heart was racing. So today I paid $6, waited in the slowest longest line of all time to get a burnt coffee that nearly gave me a heart attack with 3 sips and then had to dump it down the drain and try not to have a complete mental breakdown. So to appease myself and hold back the tide of emotions I vowed to leave them a negative review. So there ya go I hate this place and I'll 100% be back the next time I break free from my house. Never seen a Starbucks this slow. Was the second car in line once they opened. It took 15 minutes for them to finish the order in front of me. They didn't have half of the food he ordered. They ran down the list of things that they did have. Then of course it took then another couple of. Inured you warm it up. The it is my turn. I had ordered a grand white chocolate mocha with a slice of pumpkin bread. At least they had the coffee ready but still had to go and get the slice of pumpkin bread. One would have thought they would have it sitting next to my coffee since it took as long as it did. I drive away and take a sip of my coffee and guess what it is lukewarm. read more

This place used to be a disaster when I first moved to the area in early 2018. Ever since Bailey took over as manager in the Fall of 2018, things have improved exponentially. As she has worked to build a competent team, it shows in the quality of service. The product is the product and Starbucks is always good, but the service is definitely on the upswing. Just today I accidently ordered a vanilla latte on my mobile app instead of a vanilla chai latte, and the gentleman took care of it and corrected my order no problem, even let me keep the mess up for later! This location consistently makes my pink drink wonderfully. A lot of places put too much coconut milk and not enough strawberry acai, but this Starbucks does it correctly more often than not. I'm not gonna lie, that's pretty much all I get at Starbucks. Occasionally I will get food but in my opinion it is overpriced for microwaved sandwiches, and I am not a coffee drinker. The employees are always very kind--I have never had a bad experience with them. Where it loses a star, is the wait time and online ordering. Wait time: The drive thru can take a very long time even when there is only a couple cars ahead. Not sure if I always get stuck behind people who order complicated drinks, but it is frustrating, especially since my drink is two ingredients with ice. Going in is usually quicker if you can find a good parking spot. Online ordering: I have never been able to do it at this location. The app always says they are sold out of the pink drink. Go there, order it, and... they have it. Not the biggest issue, but online ordering is SO convenient to avoid wait times. I can order it before I leave my house, drive there, run inside and grab my drink, and I'm on my way. It eliminates any sort of wait time, but I can't do it. read more
