Overly chewy. Lemon bar just ok. No notes on the macron. It was fine. The chocolate chip cookie was phenomenal. Perfect cookie. The Biscoff cheesecake was dreamy. 10/10 would buy again. We didn't try any drinks or anything else on the menu, so can't speak to that. There aren't many boutique bakeries in Watsonville. You'll find primarily Hispanic bakeries that may not have the type of desserts you'll find at Craft Bakeshop. So if this is the type of bakery you're looking for, it's a good stop.

The drink tasted bland, watered down, and lacked flavor. I was so disappointed with the drink that I didn't even want to try the banana bread I purchased. It's definitely a must try if you like. Mildly sweet coffee with warm flavors. I always get one with a little bit of cream, but they offer it hot, iced or a cold brew version.
