Busy location connected to a gas station. (The bathroom was clean!) There is usually a long line of people at this location. They are the only game in town. But they make mistakes on orders and it does take a long time. They also do not accept credit card payments for some reason. I did not get my order as specified and it took a long time. They are nice and hardworking. It is just that the demand outweighs what they can do. They should hire more people. read more

First and foremost, I'm not a fan of coffee in any way shape or form, which may pose the bigger question what exactly was I doing at Starbucks, and no I wasn't lost. Quick access for on and off the interstate, I stopped by here to get my gf and her son something. As entered I was quickly greeted (now to be fair the store was empty) and asked what I would like. For her a regular coffee with room for cream and sugar --- had it before I was finished placing the order for her son. For him, the white chocolate latte. Not quite as quick, but they had it out really fast. Both were served fresh and hot. Delivery service to both of them and they both said that they were really good. Overall, based on my one experience, I would say that I would recommend them to somebody, especially if they are driving by and looking for a quick place to stop for a fresh coffee. Doesn't hurt that there is a gas station, convenience store, and Popeye's located as part of the same building. read more

The worst Starbucks I ever been to I ordered large frozen strawberry lemonade, large pink drink, grande regular coffee and grande vanilla latte. our coffee was not even close to be hot. My husband says it tasted old. I paid $26.18 which is ridiculous price. I contact the manager about the pricing and about the quality of the coffee. He did not wanted to do anything for us since we do not live locally. I am a customer and it doesn't matter where do I live, I still spent money at their location. The place is absolutely disgusting and filthy. Staff looked miserable to me I was shocked that I was at the Starbucks. What a rip off. read more

This Starbucks location is convenient and clean. There is usually not a line when I go, but I probably don't go at the busiest times. I am usually a plain coffee drinker, but I recently tried the cloud macchiato and oh my goodness. It was very cloudlike! Silky is the best way to describe the texture. It may not be hyped up like the unicorn whatever they recently had but this is something that I cannot wait to have again! read more

I frequent this location often, and I usually have a decent experience. It would be nice if there were a drive-thru, but i realize that's not a realistic request here. During my visit today, the drink I received was pretty watered-down tasting. Most importantly, though, the barista who was fixing my drink not only had their mask pulled off their face and below their chin, but were also talking over my drink while making it. We are in a pandemic, and resisting following simple guidelines could not only make customers feel uncomfortable, but could potentially inhibit the spread of a deadly virus. read more

A somewhat filthy Starbucks inside a gas station with NO WIFI !!! This Yelp page mentions FREE WIFI at this location, and that is not true !!!! Every other Starbucks I've ever been in has offered this amenity to their paying customers, but the only wifi option here is the one provided by the Petro station which requires your credit card info and charges you for the time. It seems that this Starbucks foregoes the wifi so that Petro can nickel and dime their customers for internet access. This reflects very poorly on both businesses. After spending a little over 6 bucks for a drink, I was not happy to discover this was the case. I will not be returning. read more

This is, by far, my favorite Starbucks. The staff is always friendly and greets me when I walk in. The coffee is fantastic! Even when they are crazy busy there isnt much of a wait. This location is a great place to read a book, study, grab a muffin or catch up with a friend. 10/10!! read more

What will be out of stock at this Starbucks? That's what we ask every time we go there. Yesterday they were out of all caramel but there have been times when they were out of large cups, hot chocolate, whipped cream, almond milk.... the only reason to go here is when we stop to get gas at the store attached to it. I stopped by to get some breakfast before my 8AM class and there was 10+ people in line with only one woman working. AT 8AM IN THE MORNING AT A COFFEE SHOP. Had a less than desirable experience here tonight. It being Thanksgiving, we called ahead to check hours and were told they were open until 7. We drove about 30 minutes to get here. Not many deli items available, but we worked around that. The baristas, however, were unfriendly. As soon as we all got our drinks and got sat down, a barista came around the corner and told us we had 5 minutes before they closed. I immediately checked the time and it was 6:22. So we were basically kicked out way before closing time (which was also clearly posted on the door as being 7:00). One of our drinks was filled half way up. This is a really awful Starbucks. The cooler did not have cold water, the drink prep station where you put cream and sugar was very filthy yet the employees stand around and play on their phones. Today I went to this Starbucks location and ordered a Trenta pineapple black tea with extra infusion and it was the most disgusting drink that I have ever gotten from Starbucks in my life! This is a drink that I get almost every single day so I should know how it should taste. Upon tasting the first attempt to make the pineapple black tea it tasted like it was really old tea and had no pineapple infusion in it at all so I returned it to the counter told them my issues and asked them to remake it , they made it the same old tea they did the first time the exact way it was the first time, it was so terrible that I had to get water and rinse my mouth out that's how disgusting it was, a one dollar McDonald's tea would've been better than that! I would never recommend going to this location. One of the reasons why I started going to Starbucks to get my tea is because they make it fresh but they have really let me down today and disappointed me. read more

I don't have wifi at my house and need a place to sit and work on online and have a cup of coffee. This is not the place to do it and sadly there aren't many other coffee places in the Gadsden area. I keep going back in hopes that it may be better the next time (I reallyyy need WiFi) and its always terrible. The customer service is horrendous. The store is dirty. I have been about 5 times and 4 of the times they screwed up the order. I asked for the barista to fix the caramel latte that I order because it tasted like dirty water and he got hateful with me then poured it out and dumped it so full of the caramel sauce that it was undrinkable. I am highly disappointed in this Starbucks. My family and I are traveling and stopped at the petro for gas and I went to Starbucks to get my husband and myself drinks. First off they didn't even know what they had in stock. I was told they didn't have a certain flavor of refresher. No big deal I ordered a different flavor. As they were making it they told me they were out of the flavor I ordered but told me they had the flavor I originally wanted. Ummm ok. After I got my drink they decided to have a venting session about a supervisor being unhappy about the condition of the shop. I love stopping in for a frappuccino. However, I walk up to counter where 3 young ladies are chatting and laughing. I wait until they are done and decide to take my order. The associate asks what I would like and I ask for mocha frappuccino. She laughs "oh we cant make you a frappuccino". No explanation....she turns and starts chatting with her friends.
