Went there two days in a row because my mom was in hospital right across the street. On a weekday it's super busy. But on a Saturday it was much more enjoyable. I have to shout out an employee Ritu who wanted to make sure she got my order correct. She was extremely sweet and was very friendly as my sister and I sat at the bar area. When we left she went out of her way to acknowledge us and say goodbye. It's a nice size location and perfect bc it's across from the hospital. read more

Typical starbucks location. Drive Thru was packed at 930am but the line went really fast and the employees were super friendly and quick service upon arrival to the window. FOllowing all CDC covid regulations. You are able to order ahead at this location with the app. My drink (Strawberry Acai Refresher) and food (bacon egg bites) were ready when we got to the window. Twice I have gotten a venti instead of a Trenta cold brew, she repeated Trenta back to me and that is what my label said and what I was charged for. Stop being fake friendly and focus on getting the order right! I drove up early this morning, no one in front or behind me. A too happy girl took my order saying "I appreciate you" whatever the hell that means. I pull away , open the food and it's wrong. Drive back around , have to wait now to get correct food. Nothing .... Nothing irritates me more than a restaurant or business that claims to be open to a certain time but then stops serving whatever they are known for long before closing. Starbucks serves coffee, right? That means if you arrive at Starbucks when they are still open for business then you should be able to be served a fresh cup of coffee, right?? But, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO not at this Starbucks where their four employees were just hanging around apparently waiting to head out to party with a gentleman who was explaining that the coffee was gone but then when I was handed a free lukewarm "last cup of coffee" he said "well, you got something for free." The creamers were stored away and there were no baked goods ... Obviously business stopped at 9pm not the posted 9:30 so WHY NOT JUST LOCK THE DOORS AT 9???? Just disgusted and disappointed. When I worked in retail we cleaned up after the store closed & provided full service until closing. This place deserves a half star because it is a pretty Starbucks but this rating is higher than tonight's experience deserves. Starbucks ... On occasions I stop here to get a hot carmel macchiato before work or on my lunch breaks. They are always super fast and friendly at this location. They have outside seating, very spacious inside, and of course WiFi. I was craving a good cup of coffee this morning so I stopped. My carmel macchiato lacked the carmel flavor but honestly I was appreciative of my morning pick me up. Also, if you are ever running late they have mobile ordering. Typical Starbucks with hit or miss friendly staff. Drinks were tasty and on par with what to expect at Starbucks. Almond Croissant is a must try. The design of this parking lot is horrible for a drive thru. Highly recommend placing a mobile order ahead of time for this reason and as drinks take a bit longer here to make than other locations. read more

Sucks because they make my drink right every time but they need to have a better handle on the drive thru. I make sure to leave 15 mins to wait in the drive thru before I have to head to work and the line doesn't move at all. Starbucks as a company needs to have every option on their order ahead app because that's the only way I can get something from here because I can't wait a half hour for a drink. The baristas seem to be more preoccupied with drive-thru customers than serving those in the coffee shop. The quality of my sandwich was not good. The plus is that there are a good number of tables available. The overall feel of the place is not as welcoming as other new Starbucks locations. Would help if they added comfy reading chairs. It's clean and they have everything stocked but some of the staff is clueless about their menu and not even the secret menu just their regular menu. Every person I've encountered at this location has been very nice and the line moves pretty quickly even on the busier mornings. I've only had one drink mess up occur and the woman gave me both drinks since she said they would end up tossing it anyway so I stuck it in my fridge for the next morning. ok so i went to starbucks and first of all there was a fly in the display case which is very non sanitary and could cause a disease, second of all i got the wrong drink i asked for a green tea frap, and i got some mocha stuff. and last of al the staff were laughing at my name "toe". very disrespectful, i want an apology from the staff and to make sure there are no flys in there next time i come. i am furious with my experience here. read more
