Stopped in this Starbucks on a road trip to meet up with a friend I haven't seen in forever. The good: super clean, really friendly staff, great drinks. The bad: the music was SO LOUD!! I could barely hear my friend. Dear manager, please turn down the music! People are there to connect with friends and study. If I want loud music blasting, I'll go to a club. If it were not for the loud music, I would give this Starbucks a 5 star review. read more

This spot has some rough reviews. But my visit was pleasant enough and I'll review based on my experience. Ultimately they got my drink order correct and that's the most important thing. I hung out for a bit and the inside of the store was clean and comfortable. They have a drive-thru and there is plenty of parking. I was trespassed from this location due to my saying a curse word on 2 different occasions. I kept getting treated horribly at this location for weeks. I requested to speak with a higher manager when I got the call she had no care for what the people who worked here were doing due to an outside-the-shore issue. I was told that I was not "upholding Starbucks customer expectations". Mind you I have been in this location 100s times and was always greeted with heys and smiles until my outside issue happened. Truth being they trespassed me due to me saying I was going to talk to an attorney due to the manager being the ring leader of this horrible culture that is in the store. I had even taken up for the workers here when they were getting yelled at during COVID, yet those customers who were yelling with spit flying out of their mouths never got anything done and were welcomed back with open arms.If you ever have an issue with this store don't waste time the manager and the higher manager will not care and the employees will never held accountable. This is held to be a military store yet 2 curse words will get you banned. Even though there are Facebook posts from this store that have curse words that were said, they received a discount and note. read more

The beverage was good, I'll start with that. Service was bad. No smiles, no welcoming atmosphere. There was someone before us who they messed up their drink and it felt like we were at McDonald's trying to get it fixed. The server had an attitude about her as she was DOING HER JOB AND GETTING THE CUSTOMER WHAT THEY PAID FOR. The people putting the drinks out weren't saying names loud enough so everyone was touching everyone's drinks because they wouldn't speak up. I only go here bc I live 2 miles away and it has a drive thru. Otherwise they are the SLOWEST Starbucks I've ever been to in my life. We come here as the drive thru is easier. Otherwise we'd go to the one in Kroger literally right next door. I feel any customizations to a drink means the drink will take an extra 5 minutes or so to make. We've done mobile order and every time we order at least 10 minutes out, it's never ready. Anytime me & my friends have a craving for coffee, sweets, sandwiches, and a nice, comfortable, relaxing environment with the friendliest most personable staff we have to go here. They remember names & personal favorite drinks. (like i believe any great coffee shop should) When we come here we don't feel as though we are a tiny piece of a huge chain restaurant. The ladies/men that run the store when we're there know just how to do it in a way that it feels a little bit more personal. I truthfully do not understand why there are negative reviews on this location. The staff are so sweet and friendly and my orders are always correct. The ONLY downfall is the difficulty of pulling out of the parking lot if the drive thru line wraps around the building. Besides that, I enjoy this location. The inside is pretty spacious and has cute military decorations. They'll always have my business. read more

Went to the drive thru and saw the employee playing with one napkin on his finger. Folding and rolling it up. After I got my order and arrived home... it looks like BLOOD on the white strip of my cup. I left my entire order in the car came inside to disinfect myself! Called the store to get some clarification just in case my mind was playing tricks on me and to let them know that this person clearly needs to attend to this matter before taking anymore orders and especially handling Food or Drinks!
