I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. The customer service from one of the managers was very poor and came across with a lot of attitude ( the bald black lady with piercings). I waited almost an hour for my drink, and during that time I noticed my cup with my name on it just sitting there without being made. When I finally went up to ask about it, the other manager on duty was very kind, apologized for the situation, and made my drink right away. I appreciated their effort to fix the issue, but the overall experience and long wait were frustrating. I hope management looks into improving customer service and organization so this doesn't happen to others. read more

I waited over a year to review this location because I'm not a big patron-only come when I really want or I am picking up drinks for someone else or one random day a gift card. Staff has always been friendly and when I use the mobile apps my drinks were always ready when anticipated. My drinks were also correct. My experiences have always been better here than the location on Wallisville. They get a consistent amount of traffic on weekdays and weekends. I've dropped in to work here a few days and it is quiet enough to check emails and do solo headspace work. read more

One of the best experiences ever i got my morning coffee and I was on the way to get some donuts with my daughter and we just sat down for a couple of minutes and Carla the barista out of her kind heart gave my daughter a cake pop and a small drink it was one of the nicest gestures that I have ever experienced. Carla just made my daughter's day much better will definitely be coming back for future business what a great employee. read more

Fresh. New. Clean. The good thing about this location for a patron is that they are not bombarded with service during normal "coffee" hours. That may not be good for business but hey - Starbucks ain't hurting for money. Sadly, this is my new closest Starbucks and the people here are not welcoming AT ALL. Especially compared to others where as soon as you walk in you're greeted. They don't even care to know your name. It's a coffee shop, be kind and greet your customers. Today, one of the employees responded with "I'm busy". She couldn't think of a better response? I've visit location a number of times and not once has my order been right, the girls are very rude with the feel of being bothered. I've went in twice thinking that will get my order right but nope. The guy would not stop long enough to listen to the drink request and mad it wrong 3 times and even went as far as to put it on me when the drink was right on the sticker. She welcomed me as I walked in and gave me great recommendations and I will definitely be coming back to this location again. I was so excited about this Starbucks opening but so far haven't had a single good experience! When they first opened it was cash only, or via the app! Then they never have strawberries for my açaí I always order it with water NO LEMONADE and I've had to leave the drive thru just to pull back in and have to get out of my vehicle to have them correct it because IT HAS LEMONADE! I also rather order in the app and just pick up, we'll it's been about twice that I go and my order isn't ready! Then one time when I pulled up to the drive thru speaker and told them I had a pick up order they asked what was the estimated time for pick up because I shouldn't be in like before the estimated pick up time... the girl seemed almost mad about me having an online order after telling her my order estimated time was 5 minutes ago she then told me to pull forward and the. Drinks are good, but the service isn't. Love the workers here never had a problem before, but one worker with curly hair had a bad nasty attitude everytime i went to order.
