Wonderful experience! The store was clean and the baristas were all so friendly! The vibe was just there and my mobile order was on time. The store had locals and everyone was happy. I always order a grande pike place and I always check my coffee since they switched over to that clover machine and it tends to just brew hot water with left over grinds and I didn't get that experience here so I'm very happy for that! read more

So happy for this new location! We always want a coffee as we head back from Crystal River. Everything is new and clean. The staff are friendly. They were out of Oatmilk but sub for whatever other milk we requested. Service was fast. Our favorite Brown Sugar Iced Shaken Espresso wasn't the exact same without the Oatmilk but none the less was still very good. read more

Starbucks Store #78671. I always order a tall hot americano. Usually the barista will double cup the coffee or put a sleeve on my cup of coffee because the coffee is very hot. This was the first time I was given this hot coffee in a single cup.. it was so hot that I couldn't even hold my coffee cup. When I got my coffee, I didn't notice that I was only given one cup and no sleeve. After I realized this, I was pretty upset because I like to drink my coffee hot, but I had to wait until it cooled down for me to drink it.. I went through the driveway so we were far from this Starbucks. Please make sure that the staff at this location are trained properly to either use an extra cup or a sleeve for hot coffees. read more

He worked for several years at a coffee shop I frequent and has always been friendly and fast. This is the worst starbucks I have ever been to. Service is terrible. Never a manager on site. Excessively long wait times. Saturday we waited 48 minutes for 2 drinks!! Three customers left without their order due to long waits. They're constantly out of iced tea, cups, straws, etc. staff are ill-trained and ill equipped to handle large or even low crowds. If there were a negative star option that's what I would give. They want a pretty penny for their drinks but offer lousy service! read more

it's a 50/50 chance of your drink being made correctly here. I've been to this Starbucks 10 times since it has opened and 5 out of the 10 my drink was missing something. They also run out of their products frequently so there is no telling if you can get your normal order from day to day. read more
