I couldn't write a review without choosing one star. This establishment has horrible incompetent night staff. I order the same drink be it day or night. Well today I got my drink in the morning and in the evening they're out of it. The kicker is, this has happened in the last three CONSECUTIVE evenings. So how do they not have coffee at night (at 10:30ish) but miraculously have some at 8am??? Tonight's night shift manager is Shannon and she obviously doesn't know how to manage. read more

Went to this Starbucks the other day and it literally took 20 min to get the one drink I ordered. When I got to the drive thru I told the barista Emily that 20 min to get one drink was unacceptable . She started yelling at me telling me that they were only down to one drink maker and that it's not unacceptable to her. She still rudely took my money . I could not believe how rude and unprofessional she was. Don't think I will be going to this Starbucks again. I usually go every morning . Oh and I called corporate Starbucks and filed a complaint . Always a nice visit. Baristas are so sweet and friendly. They are always ready to serve you with a smile. Drinks are on point.

It never fails! The service is good but when it comes to getting orders right, they fall very short. I ordered a blueberry oatmeal and an iced green tea. When I get to work what do I find? Not what I ordered as usual. I opened my bag to a plain oatmeal and what tasted like a mint ice tea. Ugh! If I could turn around and go back I sure would have. What a disappointment. read more

Horrible customer service!!!!! Took them 30mins to get me 2 coffees and a slice of bread only to mess my order up. Employees do not know what they are doing. Store was busy, but staff was rude and it took almost 10 minutes to get my pre-made iced tea(the ones they just add ice to and shake). The manager, was not friendly in any way. My tea was not cold or filled to the top of the cup. I am very disappointed in their treatment of patient, paying customers. I waited patiently in line for five minutes while the manager purchased holiday cups. At no time did she turn to the people waiting behind her and apologize for the wait or let us know someone would be right with us. When I finally got to the counter the man abrublty asked what I wanted, no eye contact or smile. He did not even let me finish my order before snapping, "anything else?". There are other coffee shops with free WiFi and much more appropriate treatment of customers. I will not be coming back to this location. read more

This review is actually for ALL the Starbucks but for today, it's this store inparticular. I went here last week to get the Brown Sugar Oatmilk Dhaken Expresso. It was the best I had at any of the other Starbucks in my area. I went again about a day or two later. It was good but not as good as it was prior. This morning I went there and I cannot even drink it. It's the worst tasting drink ever. Up into now the Harker Heights location for the drink was the worst. This drink doesn't even look the same and it tast like dish water (I can only imagine). I was just about to load up a gift card because I love this drink when it's done right. Loading a gift card is something I never do and I am so glad that I didn't. It will be a long time before I visit Starbucks again. I called the location and requested a refund because the drink is that bad. What I can't understand is I know there are recipes for all these drinks. When followed the drinks a excellent. I know it must be the newbies that are following the directions for the drinks and thank you for that. It's when the employees start to eyeball the and free style the drinks is when you get inconsistent service, or hit or miss beverages. This needs to stop! This is my complaint across the board with all Starbucks, because it's happening at EVERYINE of the locations! Follow the recipe each and every time! read more

I waited twenty five minutes for my coffee! Coffee?!?! Why and how is this okay!!! This Starbucks is by far the WORST! They have employee turnovers like crazy!!! They are so slow!!! I always order drinks that take the minimum time to prepare but no I'm at the window and have paid for a drink (soy latte) that I will not receive for another 15 minutes and it was poorly made! Apparently these guys don't know how to make a vanilla bean frapp. Its suppose to be white with no coffee resembling a milkshake. It's not regular coffee plus vanilla flavoring guys. This location is extremely slow, doesn't matter if you go through the drive thru or go inside. I went inside one time because the drive thru line was so long and still ended up waiting 15 minutes for my iced coffee, and this was with three people on bar actually making drinks. And my drink wasn't even made right. So my advice is not to go here unless you have time to spare. And aren't Starbucks baristas supposed to be friendly and welcoming?? I have only had a few Yelp-worthy experiences, and this is one of them! The Starbucks on Clear Creek Road in Killeen, Texas, is horrible. The service is reprehensible and the product is lackluster. Rebecca was surprisingly rude, making the entire experience memorable--and not in a good way. Please, do not waste your time or money at this Starbucks location. Starbucks on 507 W Stan Schlueter Loop, Killeen, TX. is just nasty. The floor is littered with old straws, straw wrapper, old sugar packets. Trash left on counter where customers pick up their drinks. They do not rinse the mixing containers between drink, so you get the left overs from the previous customers drinks. after a 10 minute wait I was finally given my drink with sticky Carmel running down the outside of the cup when I asked for a clean cup the young lady wiped it off with her apron. It was disgusting, so I left the drink there. This i the worst Starbucks I have ever been in. read more

I've never left a review for anything before because I used to work in fast food so I'm usually pretty understanding, but this Starbucks is the actual worst. Every time I go I get my order messed up by the same guy and he always talks so monotone and like he literally hates his life, I ordered a venti iced coffee with an espresso shot and I got a grande latte, and we were the only people there and he's always so rude. I promise I'm usually the most understanding person ever, and I'm super nice to restaurant employees because I've been there! During the day usually nothing gets messed up but everytime I go at night this kids ruins my order lol. It's been wrong for the past 3 times, I never ask for a refund or anything cuz I never notice until the time I get home, but if you guys want your order to actually be right go to the Starbucks on Fort Hood St. read more
