I came as a friend raves about this place, so here I am. I was greeted by a friendly young lady who informed me that this was not their full menu and to go online. Well as there were cars behind me I asked her for recommendations and I ended up getting the golden eagle and my little person got the cocomo, both were medium iced and we paid almost $9. So my drink was bland - even with caramel in it, it didn't taste sweet at all. Also there seemed to be a lot of ice in the cup. I had my little person who is a foodie and a respectable critic, tell me that my drink was "meh" at best. You had to really stir it up to get the caramel syrup for any taste. He enjoyed his drink much more. As a matter of fact he said it tasted better than the coffee from Seattle. Overall it was good but I can't say I'm running back any time soon. read more

I wouldn't come back to this particular location. I also found the coffee to be extremely watery and about 3/4 full. Why do they fill the cups with ice so much? It's annoying. The quality of the drinks paired with how nice the employees are always makes my day brighter, employees like Kanu and Spencer are some of the nicest and funniest people you will meet they are always bright and positive and never cease to make me leave with a laugh. Let me start with the customer service is phenomenal here!! They look like they're happy to be working there unlike 95% of other places where people look miserable. The coffee was pretty great. I got an iced annihilator and it was decent, would have liked it to be more strong but still good. My friend got the white chocolate chai latte with oat milk and let me tell you.....mind blown. I absolutely love this franchise. This one is awesome, and the coffee is as incredible as any other DB location. The service is so friendly and fun, and I am thrilled they've opened in Killeen. The location is a little crowded due to an HEB gas station right next to it, but I think it should be fine once the hype and everyone's excitement dies down a bit. Last night I may have had a Horrible Service from Dutch Bros which I call being Brianed but this morning Josh the manager of Dutch Bros was more than happy to help me out. Even though I only had two drinks out of the five orders correct made. He refunded me my entire order even though I only want to three drinks replaced but he insisted my whole order was replaced. He asked me if I wanted refunded to my card or a gift card so I ask for the gift card. To top it off he gave me a free drink today. So I want to say thank you Josh and I know that it's hard to be in your position. Thanks again for the professionalism and good service.
