I've been getting coffee here since its inception and request 4-5 long shots which is an unusual order, common to get it wrong.... young gal working last friday gave me regular shots, which are far stronger and 1/2 the volume so i know when its wrong.... i tell her they arent long, she says "YES THEY ARE!".... i said no they arent and she skowled and made me another, hands it to me and says "its the same as the first one just looks like more cuz foam hasnt settled.... was definitely more volume and nearly filled a 12 oz cup so may have been 4 long shots the 2nd time.... in any case, very rude and entitled... read more

Terrible customer service. Rude staff. Unable to process, or prioritize orders in a timely manner, then rude to those whose orders were delayed. No manager on site, none willing to take feedback on the phone. No responsible adult onsite. A brand is as only good as the staff. Go to Bravada or Leap of Taste. read more

Don't be fooled by their ads inviting customers to "hang out" with enticements of free refills of brewed coffee to patrons who order hot brewed coffee or tea. I asked to have my coffee drink "topped off" with regular brewed coffee, as my flat white had gotten cold and needed a warm up. The barista gave me many excuses for not being able to do so, rather than just adding a splash of the requested regular brew coffee. Really?!? I won't be back! read more

When I entered the Starbucks on a Saturday about 8 am, the store had no customers inside. However, about five cars were lined up at the drive through. A woman politely took my order for a single Americano with skim. I waited at the pick up area while about 5 workers made drinks. About 12-15 drinks were made before I asked a question. Three of these drinks were placed in front of me with the worker called out a woman's name with no other customers present. It later became obvious that the only reason why they called out the name was to indicate that drinks were not mine. In the meantime, a man entered the store and picked up a drink with a drink waiting for him. I then asked when my drink was going to be made. This was not a good question to ask. The woman who took my order responded coldly that other orders had to be filled before mine. I continued to wait at the drink receiving counter maybe 15 minutes in total when a worker put a drink on the counter and said nothing. As she walked away, I wondered if it was my drink. So I asked her. She never said my name, only responding with a description of the drink. This was easily the worst experience I have had in a Starbucks over a 40 year period. Because I usually go to urban Starbucks with no drive ups and do not encounter call-in drink orders being filled, it was an atypical situation. But, their cold and dismissive attitude of the workers toward me was as a customer was unacceptable. The treatment of customers should be treated as equally important to how many drink orders can be filled. read more

Most starbucks have good service and reliably consistent drinks. The barista at the Klamath shop on 6th made the extra effort to bring my experience to 5 stars. When I asked her to fill my water bottles and she asked if I wanted ice. She got my name from my account and thanked me using it. After filling my water and giving my order to the preparer, she started to replace the old bananas worth newer ones. She asked a colleague is she should just throw out the old. I said they looked good to me, as they were lightly freckled. She then offered me the bunch. (I took 1) Thanks for the coffee and service. read more

The staff at this location was AMAZING! I got to town well before a conference... so I came here to use wifi and get some work done while time ticked on. Wifi is easy and free as expected... The staff was awesome like I said. They were pleasant and helpful. They completely put up with my continual refills ha ha.... and changing up what I ordered for the refills! I didn't get coffee because before arriving I had visited McDonald's to get coffee and so I was coffeed out...lol but the teas were on point! The location was clean. Had a little run in with a man who came in, asked to sit at my table, then asked for money. Im glad it was my table so I could take care of it... I was not rude but it wasn't appropriate. read more

Love the staff and the food. But did Starbucks want to make it as unwelcoming and uncomfortable as possible. The new seating is awful. I love that the baristas have more room. But the limited seating is horrible. Two person tables that are tiny and you can barely put food and drink on them. Why didn't they put a few larger tables in? The one giant table for large groups is good, but whoever designed the seating needs to have a rethink. Two stars is for the remodel. Five for the baristas though. read more

I would never come to this Starbucks ever again Mary is absolute rude. Not sure who's in charge ihere but she needs to be fired she got a major attitude. She is more worried about what to charge us then to make the drink correctly. She overcharged me forced me to get a latte when I told her the three ingredients I want. I'm not sure if she's getting a cut of money from overcharging and pocketing it. If you see Mary avoid her at all costs. That bad attitude will get you no where in life sweetheart. I would like the person who runs that business to contact me please reply with email and I'll give you the run down with Mary and how I was overcharged and her nasty attitude (: I would highly consider her removed off the Starbucks team and I will be contacting Starbucks headquarters. Thought it was so great that KFalls actually got a Starbucks. BUT they can't seem to hire enough people to keep the line moving. Every time I go there it's always a 10 min wait, and an automatic statement from the drive through please wait a moment. I just had a very exasperating experience at this Starbucks. Ordered a green tea peach lemonade, didn't have peach. Worker impatiently shared with me that they were all out of peach flavor. Poor service, not friendly. At all. I also needed 2 $5 gift cards. I ordered these 2 gift cards, and was asked if they are for any special occasion. I replied no they are not. And then pulled forward when prompted. She took my money, handed me two "Happy Birthday" gift cards. I told her I did not want happy birthday cards because these cards are definitely not for birthday celebrations. She said "well that's all we have."
